On the wave crest of the streamline
I don't know if anyone is still interested in the two hundred and nineteenth opinion on this permanent topic-smell, but the great fuss and talk about it has now made me talk too. For the fact that I've liked perfumes for so long, I've been avoiding a preoccupation with Aventus for a long time. I seem to have guessed what I now know.

The first test on the wrist showed what I wrote below as a statement: Hm, well made scent; clear that so many like it, but not clear that there is such an extreme cult around it. I still thought that I should wear it for a test to feel this infamous aura. ;) Yeah, and today I'm wearing it. And I no longer feel at home in my skin.

He's well done, that's obvious, and I'm sure everyone here is well done. But what really knocks me over is this absurdly increased courtesy that this fragrance has. A good smell so abnormally potentised that it shakes me frankly. This is how someone must want to smell who always encounters gold in life, who never takes a painful detour, who wants to go all the way to the top and who wraps everyone around his finger because he can do it. Or who at least wants to pretend to. I never was, and that's the last thing I want to be. I also want to smell good, but not in such a desperate way, with all the concentrated fragrances invented for this purpose. If I may become even more personal, then I consider Aventus to be a slippery brew, with a biding and functional focus on success and prestige. Nothing has ever resisted my values more. This perfume surfs so hard on the ridge of the streamline that it makes me completely different.

I've known Aventus for some time, by the way. As a pianist, I often play on "more noble" occasions: Vernissages, cultural celebrations, trallala. And there is an omnipresent basic scent blowing through the fine rooms, which emanates from numerous cultivated bodies of rather wealthy people. I have always wondered when I might encounter this scent during testing. Here he is. Hello Aventus, and goodbye!
P.s. And it must be a great fragrance in its own way, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to elicit such an unobjective comment from me. :)

Aventus from a woman's perspective.
As a woman, I wanted to write something about the scent. Even at the risk of being stoned to death. But I think the smell is just awful. ! And extremely intrusive. !
At first it reminds one of highly potent shower gel. From the '90s. Showerdas or Fa.
Well, it's nice to smell of "freshly showered extreme" and that all day long, I thought to myself, to keep the fragrance positively open But since it has such a penetrance of cheap shower gel or aftershave, it is hardly bearable for me. No matter how I try to make him feel good. He's just pushy Only 2 sprayers were applied to the poor male subject. And the scent filled the entire room. Even the next morning he spread a sillage around him..... unbelievable...
So qualitatively a really high-quality scent. With extremely long durability. Unfortunately. If only it would smell delicious For me as a woman, this fragrance is not at all attractive to men.
Quite the opposite.
But maybe I'm just too simple. I don't know, there must be something to it, if the scent is everywhere on place 1.
It's a mystery to me.

3 years of Aventus - stories about falling panties, improved business relations and mysterious watering down tactics
It took me 3 years to approach my first Aventus commentary, since it was, as with so many perfume enthusiasts, the first niche fragrance to be added to the collection. But why even write a comment on this legendary little water, actually everything has already been said. The smoky pineapple, we all know that by now. I would rather like to use this comment to share my experiences with this fragrance, to discuss controversies and finally to draw a final conclusion after 3 years of Aventus.
1: Aventus the "Pantydropper" - From niche fragrance to status symbol

I don't really know where this sexist term had its origin, but probably it originated from the vulgar mouth of various influencers, who presented their so-called Parföng collection with the words "Digga" and "Brudi" to the average 14 year old followers on various social media channels. That's probably the reason why many perfumeries now only offer Aventus behind closed showcases, because it's said that the crème de la crème of the big city club scene not too seldom gathers in front of the capital "D" to have a shower with the legendary panty remover. One status to spray on please! Exactly here we have reached the first milestone. Aventus, once a hidden gem among perfume enthusiasts, has now become a viral phenomenon and status symbol.

Personally, I find this controversy rather smiling. Of course, I wore Aventus on dates and was, in a way, guided by its charm, but what can I say, to this day I have never received a single compliment from a woman when I wore this fragrance. I think we all know that a man who is aware of himself does not need a fragrance to win a woman's heart. Of course, a fragrance is a nice gimmick in the process of getting to know a person, but in my opinion a positive response about a perfume is first and foremost linked to the sympathy of the wearer. The term "Pantydropper" is simply shabby and the scent doesn't really deserve to be associated with such associations, what a pity!

2: Romance among men and improved business relations

While Aventus is usually not recognized by women and is considered an ordinary fragrance, it is a true magnet among men. I could tell you countless stories where I was approached on the street by strange men, who then got into conversation with me because of the scent and literally fell around my neck. It creates a certain kind of connection when someone wears an apparently "unknown" scent for which you had to pay a lot of money. Somehow interesting and I think this doesn't happen with any other scent. But it gets really exciting when a scent helps to give you a certain advantage or look at you in your job. As a test engineer, I am in close contact with customers every day, and I am usually on the road at all levels of the business. The other day I had to supervise an inspection in plant construction at a large chemical company. Several craftsmen and the technical manager of the company were scurrying about on site. After a short conversation, he began to sniff the air and replied only: "Who is wearing this perfume here? Hey, isn't that AVENTUS?" The craftsmen were visibly puzzled and annoyed, especially when he started to create a cloud of perfume with his notepad so that everyone could perceive the scent. When I said I was wearing the scent, he couldn't get out of his rapture. "Best perfume people, the man here has taste, but very expensive, 100 ml costs almost 300 €" I find it incredibly interesting what an effect a scent can have, even if he used it here to brag. Nevertheless, it has created a certain connection between me and the technical manager, my reputation with him has increased even more, completely independent of the technical component. I am sure that this is not possible with any other scent! Whether I find this good or bad, I do not want to judge at this point.
3: Batch hysteria, maturation processes and Creed's dilution tactics

No Aventus without batch discussions! That's something that just about every Aventus fanboy has to put up with in some form or another during his perfume journey. I too, especially at the beginning of my passion, have let this tiresome topic drag me down again and again. YES, the differences are there, definitely! Meanwhile it is probably no secret that earlier batches were "smokier", the newer ones apparently "fruitier". But honestly, what is the point of this insight? What is the point of this eternal search for the Holy Grail or batch? Constant checks of the shelf life on the back of my hand, is it smoky now, or rather fruity? Is it as good as my bottling from 2015, or should I rather spend 1000€ for a vintage batch? ERROR! At the latest after I tried all the Dupes out of frustration and copied Aventus already annoyed, I realized that I'm completely losing the fun of a fragrance whose DNA I actually find absolutely great and unique.

In my opinion, Aventus 2020 is still an absolutely great fragrance that you just have to give it some time to mature, which is exactly what happened with my bottle. After 3 years the shelf life of 8 hours is absolutely satisfying, while the fruity top note is still there just like the first sprayer.

I'm sure that the scent has been reformulated many times in the course of regulation, but somehow I don't care anymore as long as the scent creates magic when sprayed on and tells a story as it progresses. Why does a fragrance always have to last 12 hours? I'm now relatively relaxed and enjoy Aventus to the full, now even more than ever before. A fragrance that for me is still one of the best in the perfume landscape after all these years. It's been copied many times, but not a single dupe comes even close to the depth and quality of the original. When I spray on Aventus, I have the feeling of squeezing out fresh fruit on my hand. Nothing smells of alcohol, nothing is synthetic, just great!
Finally, a piece of advice to all Aventus wearers: Think less, enjoy more!

His popularity HERE is inexplicable to me
Out of necessity, I ended up here three years ago. My favourite fragrance at that time was taken off the market and I had a great desire to at least compensate my frustration with a skipping action. So I was ready for anything. There should be no compromises, not even financial ones. 99.99% of the fragrances were unknown to me, including Aventus. But of course it didn't take very long until I stumbled across this scent here. The bottle, the name, the brand, the symbol, the ratings, the hymns of praise, the number of owners... It MUST have been my fragrance, especially since I searched without any restrictions. In some rehearsal convoy he was finally there and I couldn't believe what I smelled because of the rating and the many advance praises. The scent didn't appeal to me on any channel. Therefore I wrote with my limited experience no more than "light freshness" in my database and gave the school grade 4.

Well, after three years the fragrance found its way back to me again via a sample bundle and I thought that after about 2,000 more fragrances, I might have a more decided and possibly different opinion about the fragrance.

Far from it. Nothing's changed. At the most, that the distance to the fragrances, which I consider to be really good after about 2,000 tests, has increased further. In fact, I don't remember much more about this fragrance today than I did then, although I should now have much more experience.

He is little and at the same time he is not very much. He's not
- Noble
- Exciting
- Sublime
- Complex
- Sexy
- Natural
- Markant

He is reasonably sporty and not even fresh with brilliance, but in his limited freshness trimmed and dull, tendency dull and certainly very artificial. He's not a loose cannon, not even worth considering. He's a phenomenon.

This is my isolated opinion and I am happy for every owner who sees it differently in his favour.

Unfortunately only one more disappointment
I was a huge Aventus fan for years. Annually I have consumed over 200 ml and Aventus was for me a perfume that always fit, whether T-shirt or suit. In my Aventus high phase I had over 1500 Ml Aventus in my collection. Unfortunately, the reason for this was really the batch differences. I therefore always bought 500 Ml in stock when a batch was great. You can certainly already tell. that I was someone who was addicted to Aventus.

Actually Aventus was always a 10 for me.I bought my first Aventus a 2013 batch in 2014. This was just Aventus for me, that fruity and smoky just a dream. At that time I was still a student and the bottle lasted until 2016. 2016 I had then saved on the first 250 Ml bottle. Unfortunately, this was already different from the smell it was missing the smoky. The whole thing bothered me then not so really, finally, the fragrance was still great and lasted a long time. In 2018, this bottle was also empty and a 2018 250 Ml bottle followed. The 2018 bottle had unfortunately already significantly less durability and the smoky had become less again. 2019 I had then by a job also the money to be able to buy 2x 250 Ml. Now I had a 2019 batch, which was already weaker and somehow just fruity. I was unfortunately at this time still Aventus fan so I bought 2020 my last 2x 250 Ml Flakons and of course the limited 10 year edition. Unfortunately, all 2020 bottles was also a flop, but at least these had not become even worse.

2021 it was then so far that this poor durability of the other smell of Aventus just annoyed me and I sold all the bottles. Aventus is today simply no more Aventus. Unfortunately, not many can judge this anymore because they don't know the old Aventus. It is simply no longer possible for me to give Aventus a good rating today. The quality is simply no longer good and certainly not worth the price, which has also risen significantly over the years. There used to be even 250 ml bottles for around 215€. Aventus is really an issue that has annoyed me a lot. Actually, I didn't want to write a review on Aventus, but the constant recommendations on YouTube made me write this review. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy Aventus anymore, almost every dupe has a better shelf life and smells so similar that those around you can't tell it apart. Maybe I'm making myself unpopular with this review too, but I just had to write what's on my mind about Aventus. That's why I didn't go into further detail about the fragrance itself here, because so many have already done so before me. The shelf life in the bottles after 2018 is merely at 4-5 hours and the silage is also very weak.

Great Scent, Great Performance I am sure that even in 2050 people will buy and speak about the batches of this perfume.

Beautiful, but too expensive fruity scent. I can only imagine people wearing this responding to compliments how much Aventus has cost them.

I don’t understand the hype. It is a nice fruity smelling water, but that’s it, nothing more nothing less, overhyped, overpriced.

I bought 2ml along with Cedrat Boise, and wow, the Aventus has almost no projection / longevity! The worst scent I've tried for a long time.

Listen, I am not one to shy away due to the cost. On the contrary, unfortunately. But Armafs version of Aventus is better than the original
