Interesting Facts
Prestigious Italian fashion house Brioni caters to the gentlemen who aspire to dress and impress in the finest fabrics ever made. The company has made a name for itself through excellent craftsmanship, and the prints of Brioni have made it into royal houses and as far as Hollywood.

The story of Brioni began in 1945 when designer Gaetano Savini and tailor Nazareno Fonticoli joined forces to offer high-quality men's clothing. With just under a dozen tailors, they founded the fashion house and named it after the Brijuni Islands, which were very popular among the target group.

In 1952, the men's collection of "Brioni" first appeared on the catwalk, and a little later, the label also tried its hand at a women's collection and some fragrances. However, when the company moved in 1960, it solely focused on men's fashion again. In 1985, an in-house school for tailors and seamstresses followed, where a hand-picked new generation received an all-inclusive elite education.

Due to the figure-accentuating design and the perfect fit of the men's fashion, many well-known public figures are regular customers of "Brioni". The suits are worn by actors Henry Fonda, Kirk Douglas, and Al Pacino or by politicians George W. Bush, Nelson Mandela, and Donald Trump. Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig also wore designs by Brioni as "007". In Germany, "Brioni" suits are best known for ex-Chancellor Gerhard Schröder.

The luxurious menswear is displayed in the boutiques.
