I hate mulberry leaf!!
Good evening, smelly pack. Well... let's call them the sniffing pack. When I say "smelly," it almost sounds like I'm implying that you stink. And since you are all perfumas and perfumos, i.e. fragrance enthusiasts, I won't assume that you stink,... as long as you don't use some kind of disgusting fragrance with ylang-ylang or coriander :D

Soo... now Goldea The Roman Night from the Goldea series, of which I only know the Rose Goldea Blossom Delight, which is a nice, but not necessarily an outstanding fragrance.
Anyway, in The Roman Night there is the scent of "Mulberry Leaf", which always makes me think of a certain scene from Bud Spencer and Terence Hill movies, namely how the two are trained to become policemen and then experience their first autopsy of a corpse. Of course, both are hard-boiled and look without flinching, while Bud Spencer offers his buddy chewing gum. When asked what kind of taste the chewing gum would have, Bud Spencer answers "mulberry leaf", to which Terence Hill replies "I hate mulberry leaf! Hence my title for this fragrance, because I can't stop thinking about this scene when I hear the term mulberry leaf. This may not seem funny to many people, but I remember how, especially as a teenager, I kept looking for mulberry leaf flavoured chewing gum, not to mention the fact that I didn't even know what mulberries were :DD

But so much for my jabbering at first, I don't want to bore you here, so let's see what this scent is like here.

I also smell intense sweet floral notes, namely tuberoses (but also jasmine) as well as earthy-smelling patchouli, which starts off weakly but seems to become more and more intense.
A little later another sweetness is added to the sweet scents with musk. The fruity notes gradually fade away, but the powdery sweetness remains, as do the floral notes. It actually stays like this until the end and simply smells quite good.

The silage and the durability:*
The radiation is quite strong in the beginning and therefore leaves a good scent. However, in the next 30 minutes it loses a lot of power, but still leaves a small cloud of scent, so that you will be noticed for a while. Nevertheless I did not find the durability in general so high. You can smell him for over eight hours, but half of that time he seemed a little weak to me.

Therefore I would also say that this scent could be used well for going out. Or for the evening in general. But I wish he was a little bit stronger for it, but well, that's the way it is. Nevertheless it is definitely worth a test! So don't let my title here unsettle you, because the scent of mulberry leaf here (or the berry scent in general at the beginning of the fragrance) is very nice and I'm sure that mulberry leaf or mulberries don't taste that bad :D
(It could also be that I've already eaten these things before and thought they were blackberries, no idea, anything is possible! :D).

So... what else? Oh yes,... you can scribble another line in your calendars again, because this was one of my rare women's fragrance comments, where for once I didn't moan or bitch about women (or did both) :DD Which of course means that next time I'll have to moan all the more!!

Well then, I wish you all a nice evening and see you next time :D

Wrong expectations
Well, Goldea, now we're sitting here. We need to talk, you said. Hmm... We've been together for exactly a year now. I saw you the winter before, on vacation at the airport. Your bottle was so sexy, black, elegant and curvy. And your name was so promising: The Roman Night! Ok, I've never been to Rome before, but I imagine the nights there hot and romantic, a little wicked and mysterious.

Yes, my mistake, I admit it. A few months later you made me an offer I couldn't refuse, 20% on sale! I already knew a few relatives from your honourable family and so you moved in with me. On our first date we were with the Spaniard, you shouldn't do that with a proud Roman woman. After an hour you were gone and I was sitting there alone.

The second time I took you to the Public Viewing, I thought every Italian is into football! Yes, I know that Italy wasn't at the World Cup at all, but Germany wasn't at the World Cup at that time either! You've left me sitting there soon enough. Once I tried it with you, romantic dinner at the Italian restaurant, no idea what you didn't like, anyway you disappeared faster than a mugger!

Oh, that night it was just too hot for you, yeah, sure. You know what, Goldea? I don't think you're a scent at all. What do you mean, you never said that? What's your name? All right, you can't help him. You're right about that. It comes from the jasmine that blooms at night and from the peony and musk that are black here, but for me do not smell very different than the light variant. The very sweet prelude comes then probably from the mulberry and I thought already you smear me honey around the mouth.

Maybe we just don't fit together. Oh, you think so too? Because I once said you smell so much better on my blouse than on myself? Not so sweet and a bit pompous but much more tender, flowery creamy, really beautiful, sigh.
Do you think we should try again together? Maybe on your clothes during the day, when it's not so warm? Okay, and then we'll talk about it again!

Roman Romanticism
Warm summer night, crickets chirp deafening lights on black cobblestone pavement in the nearby park, cooler white wine in misted glass, exhaust fumes, babble of voices, heated stones radiate city scent, for me too elegant - does not fit flat shoes. Nice to meet you.

Barely there patchouli
This perfume smells strong at first, but within five minutes it evaporates. I smell no tuberose at all, which is beyond strange to me since tuberose is a favorite of mine. I only smell patchouli, which isn’t a favorite.

I’m putting this up until we have a cooler day to try it again, but for now I’m not impressed by this perfume at all. Stay tuned for future edits.

Not a night scent
If you look at the black and precious bottle you imagine to smell strong and intense night scent....but it isn't so! The fragrance is pleasant, but very light and wearable by day and I don't smell at all the tuberose and night Jasmine notes (at least on my skin). it's a quite good and feminin fragrance , but very evanescent and for this reason I think that the price is too hight in comparison with the product. It's only a precious object to show on the toilette shelf.
