Gorgeous scent for spring and summer

This was gifted to me and I'm so very happy with it!
The opening is so glorious, bright and green in an enchanting way! Then the oakmoss comes through, telling me to spray her only on parts of my body that are exposed to the air. I have that issue with most of my chypres: it is asif, when I 'bury' those scents under my clothing (on my chest for instance), they will shout: 'Let me out, let me breath!' I find the scent more bright when sprayed on forearms and neck and over an unscented bodylotion.
In the following stage, I do get why some people find her reminiscent of Jean-Louis Scherrer Eau de Toilette, but this lady Azurée is far more complex, deeper and less linear. Also less yellow, I think.
In the sillage I get something 'clean' (not soapy!) which makes me think the vetiver may be the Haitian kind of vetiver, but I don't know.

Longevity and sillage are great, but olfactory fatigue is lurking when oversprayed I can imagine, so beware with the trigger.
It's a lovely fresh and beautyful, intriguing scent for spring and summer! The more I wear this, the more I love it!

Harmony of opposites or Sophia Loren meets Grace Kelly

Grace Kelly and Sophia Loren refresh themselves in a small bar overlooking the sea after a hot day of sailing in the Aegean. A large holm oak provides dry shade, dusk settles over the sky with a light breeze. The heat of the day rises from the stone wall, the maquis breathes a sigh of relief and impregnates the evening atmosphere with its spicy, herbaceous scent. Crickets chirp, Sophia dabs small beads of sweat from her forehead with a cloth napkin, the aperitif glass fogs up and drops of water leave cool, damp traces. Grace lights a fresh white cigarette on her dark green tip, gazing dreamily at the soft blue waves of the Aegean Sea, which merges with the evening sky on the horizon. The ladies' bodies slowly cool down and Grace, smiling green, asks the garçon for a light.

A wonderful fragrance that for me combines contrasts of warm, spicy Mediterranean fragrance notes with fresh, cool elements elegantly and yet very harmoniously with a certain untamedness. For me, it is a very stable, balanced fragrance in which every note blends harmoniously to create an extravagant whole. It has incredible sillage and longevity, I have to spray it carefully, often not near my head, but in the crook of my arm and knee. I don't know the original fragrance, but I find it to be a complex work that I admire with awe. It is absolutely unisex, yet it is elegant and sophisticated to wear.

Golden shadow

It was the same ritual every morning.

Early the alarm clock rang and she stepped to the window, opening it wide. This early hour, she loved it. There was still a shallow haze over the meadows and a light fresh breeze was blowing. Quickly she got ready and went down the stairs.

The first path always led her to the kitchen.
Peel the lemon zest and add it to fresh mineral water along with a few herbs. Slightly cooled a wonderfully aromatic summer drink. Of it then everyone could help themselves throughout the day.

Then out into the garden. The earth under her feet already a little sun warmed, but still a quäntchen damp. Past the small colorful flower bed, in which already almost more herb than rose was recognizable.

Her goal was the old hammock whose green fabric had become a little rough in the course of time and the wide leather lacing had almost grown into the trunks of the trees. Tartly beautiful she always felt this place to be.

A fine delicate bitter spicy smell emanated from the herbs she was about to pick. But first she sat down in the hammock, dangling her feet and enjoying them touching the soft, delicately spicy moss as she rocked gently. Here she took her time, enjoying the sweet idleness and recharging her batteries.

Warm, soft and golden, the sun's rays fell diffusely through the spicy foliage, melting into the cool shade, leaving a few small, pale droplets of resin on the branches to shimmer softly.

Slowly, she stood up, cut the slightly tart herbs, and walked smiling along the sunny path back to the house.
