Beautiful mandarin from the end of the world
This recently discontinued and in the trade (also online) sold out fragrance is the most beautiful and natural Mandarin fragrance that has come under my nose so far. Before he, already quite unknown, disappears completely in the sinking, I wanted to dedicate a Kommi to him therefore still another.
It is worth a more detailed mention, because in my opinion it has an even more natural looking mandarin than e.g. Hermes "Eau de Mandarine Ambree" (warm, ambered mandarin), Altaias "Yu Son" (fresh mandarin with a green tea flap), Gaglewskis "L'Amiral" (soft, maritime mandarin) or Guerlains "Aqua Allegoria Mandarine Basilic" (fresh, green mandarin with a light floral flap).
Owari, by the way, is the Japanese word for "end." (Fits in this context somehow also :)) The Japanese meaning is value-free, i.e. neither positive nor negative. Owari is also a Japanese province from which this special citrus fruit variety originates. The seed-free mandarin fruit is known under the name "Satsuma" or "Satsuma Owari".
In the course the very authentic green-sweet mandarin is equally supported by the Neroli and thus gets this typical soft and radiant orange blossom note (sweet-orange-floral). The depth and substance of the fragrance are then enhanced by a wonderfully balanced sandalwood-like note (amyris wood in combination with musk), which blends seamlessly into the round and increasingly softer character of the fragrance. A slightly counteracting dry accent of amber and cedar wood prevents it from drifting into too shallow waters. I do not know the bitter-eucalyptus-like smell of cubeb pepper (in dried form) (the undried berries are probably slightly sweet). But due to his description he would well insert the minimal green citric note of the fragrance.
All three main ingredients (tangerine, orange blossom, sandalwood) are perfectly balanced and interwoven in the same intensity. This combination always puts me in a balanced, optimistic mood. It is a simply knitted, but beautifully balanced, high-quality feel-good fragrance.

Availability:
Due to the quality of its ingredients, the actually casual unisex scent is also conceivable for more formal occasions. Its fresh, full-bodied fruitiness certainly predestines it for the warm season, but the creamy-woody base conveys so much warmth that it can also be used in the transitional seasons - as perhaps even more suitable - and even in the cold season without any problems.Durability and Sillage:
