Zeta takes its time
This lime blossom scent does not make it easy. Up to now I found the Andy Tauer creations relatively quickly accessible, but at ZETA it becomes pompous and cumbersome at first. Of all the scents with a citric top note that I have experienced so far, this is probably the least fresh, but that doesn't mean that you can't recognize them or that they are artificial.

But it takes time until ZETA slowly gets into the groove. What you hear then is a mix of rather massive lime trees and orange blossoms. Sometimes a bit sticky and thanks to Neroli with the light vibe of sun cream. In general I find ZETA almost generally creamy, whereas in the later phase the fragrance itself seems lighter and more floating, partly reflecting interesting nuances between timid metallic and sweetish floral.

In between, the beguiling sandalwood comes through again and again, but this does not necessarily make Zeta, as a declared lime blossom scent, any more light-footed. Interesting side effect: while wearing it, wasps came very close to my discreetly sprayed neck twice, completely independently of each other. Even if they did not sting and I left them alone as far as possible, it was by no means pleasant. Maybe it wasn't necessarily Zeta's fault, but I hadn't seen wasps that intrusive for a long time.

Nevertheless, I forgive the seven points very benevolently, because the sophisticated heart note seemed to be quite useful to me. Nevertheless, during the test I had to think of "Tilleul" by d'Orsay - perhaps the most successful fragrance on the subject of lime blossom. It comes extremely light-footed and absolutely authentic and would be more of a recommendation. However, its production has also been discontinued, which is a real pity.

Unter den Linden peel oranges while the cats chirp
Hey hey, welcome to another comment from me. Today, there's something from Tauer Perfumes, a brand that is especially known for L'Air du Désert de Marocain. Now it's about a fragrance from Tauer's ZETA fragrance series, namely "A Linden Blossom Theme", where you could certainly imagine that it could be about the scent of linden trees, among others.

You know, those beautiful trees and those beautiful flowers that... wait, what are you looking at me for? Yeah, I know what linden trees are, too. I may often complain about my poor botanical knowledge here, but I know lime trees too! Yes yes, I am not SOO bad, even if I should not know the name of the very first plant I should see when I leave the apartment (or look out of the window)... :D

Be that as it may, the scent of a lime tree or lime blossom sounds like spring and beautiful, flowery-green scents that each of you can hardly wait for after the cold winter, can you? I am also looking forward to spring, because every month brings me a little bit closer to the next Christmas, but that is another story, he he :D
Well then, let's get to the fragrance! Br />
A little later you can still smell lime blossoms, although these are now a little weaker. The fragrance becomes increasingly astringent and might even seem a bit scratchy to some, but this impression is only slightly retained in the heart note, as it becomes much softer and creamier afterwards.
In the end, the fragrance remains fresh and slightly creamy, but then smells slightly warmer. Although it still has a slightly citrusy fragrance, it is no longer too sparkling, and therefore it declines more with softer, softer and floral scents. To the already mentioned scents, a little vanilla with a low sweetness and woods are added. By the way, I couldn't get Ylang-Ylang (luckily, since they often seem muggy) out of it that much. A nice scent to try out!

The silage and the durability:*
The Sillage is rather average, but for a fresh scent I find the radiance quite okay. She'll probably smell for a while around here. The shelf life for such a fragrance is also okay with its six hours.

Be that as it may, the fragrance is already worth a look with its fresh floral scents, although despite the floral notes, this scent might even be interesting for men, you just have to try it.
And although the fragrance gets warmer later on, I find that it has become more of a fragrance for leisure time or a daytime scent, due to its freshness, rather than being able to use it for the evening.

Well then... with scents like these, warmer days can be brought behind them faster and better, until it's finally Christmas again... but it will still take quite a while until then *sigh* Let's see if I too will become a summer person some day, hey he :DD

Well, have a nice evening and see you later :)

Green Citrus Floral Daylight
When I think of Tauer perfumes, I generally think of dark, dense, nocturnal, ponderous, sometimes inscrutable perfumes of incredible intensity and depth. With this backdrop, I found myself taken aback somewhat by ZETA, which is about as limpid, affable and accessible as a perfume can get. I would describe the composition as a green citrus floral. There is a lot here in common with several perfumes inhabiting the same general olfactory neighborhood, including Bond no 9 EAU DE NEW YORK and Banana Republic W.

The linden and citrus and orange blossom mingle together to produce the effect, apparently intended by the perfumer, of light. It's nice, but it does not have the wild quality and originality I usually associate with this house. ZETA is a very tame and friendly fragrance, which should be good news for those who find the perfumes of this house too intense, but it may be a disappointment to those who have fallen in love with some of the earlier masterpieces created by Andy Tauer.

Collectible ZETA - A Linden Blossom Theme
This fragrance opens with a classic spring note: linden blossom. At first the floral is honey-sweet, however, as it settles on my skin, the honeyed sweetness becomes lighter and spicier. A touch of citrus adds a welcome tanginess to the accord. On me this is a rather linear scent, the linden blossom theme goes through various stages of light- and darkness, intensity and subtlety until it disappears after 4 hours.

Emerald-jardins
One of the most wonderful and most precious gem-stone is the emerald. When I the first and the following times Collectible - ZETA by Tauer layed on my skin in my mind arose one time the imagination of an emerald, the other time of the aurora borealis, the northern lights. I am attracted by these greens. I even painted both on waterpaintings. And the scent of Zeta for me represents those with power. First of all the wonderful smell of linden-blossoms is appearing and will never vanish from my skin until the scent has definitly fadet out. Linden, my favorit deciduous-tree. The smell of the linden blossom is a sweet summer-promise. If the linden is blossoming out it seems that a million of bees are humming in it. A stunning smell of honey and linden-blossoms are creating a summer aurora.
That' s what I smell immediatly. Then the other blossoms are following in a perfect composition of early summer in a wonderfull park on a sunny day the linden-blossom scent is floating all around it.
I have juwels with three natural emeralds and yet this frangance is representing a long time the vision of them. Because natural emerald if you take a look through it with a pocket lense have a crystal-structure which is called: Jardin, a "garden". So the flasc of ZETA is an allusion to the emerald-crystal. Later if the smell is going to get fresher, the neroli and lemon components are trying to guide. The scent becomes cooler, the summer sun-down followed by a cold and clear night with sparkling stars is following, the fantasy of aurora-borealis is arising in my mind. It's still summer and the summer-flower-scents are percolating the air of the night.
The Aurorae-boreales are mainly durable green but also red, orange and even blue moving curtains. One of the most exciting spectacles of nature. And due to my perception of the fragance then. After hours the scent ist slowly fading away but a the clear fragance of the iris supported by a soft scent of lemon is staying for a long time on my skin around me and within my clothes. This fragance is overwhelming me every time I lay it on. Collectible-ZETA belongs now to my favorite flower-parfums: It's absolutely Flower-power!
