Ineke

The perfumer from San Francisco is one of the newcomers in the fragrance industry and was nominated this year by the Fragrance Foundation Berlin in the novelties section. In her home lab, Rühland distills rare scents from plants into intense essences that are sold worldwide under the Ineke brand. An important part of her philosophy is not to hide the fragrance designer behind the product, but to highlight him as an artist.

As one of the few classically trained perfumers with many years of training in Versailles, Grasse and Paris, Ineke places a lot of emphasis on the traditional values of perfume making. Since 2006, she has been creating her collection of fragrances, "An Alphabetical Collection of Perfumes." Each of the fragrances, which is created according to the alphabet, is a tribute to romantic experiences and wonderful moments.

Ineke's passion for literature, design and art is reflected in the design of the wonderfully individual bottles and packaging. Using photos from her own collection, snippets of poetry and artistic sensibility, she creates a small mysterious world for each of her fragrances.
