It lasts forever on my skin
Many thanks to Sören for the bottling of Scar :-) I have to say that it's a very complex fragrance that I really like in parts and then gets on my nerves again. The longevity is almost limitless with well over 18 hours...Wow! I also find the sillage to be quite bangin'
The top note starts spicy, dark, balsamic but also sweet. Cardamom, cloves, tolu balsam, prunes and a little ribwort syrup can be detected here. Excitingly, a civet cat then creeps in and provides a proper animalic note. The heart note remains sweet and dark. Labdanum and forest honey are paired with a smokiness and myrrh. The base then smells a little green, resinous and earthy like patchouli. I also recognize a certain oriental, leather and eagle wood. Towards the end, it smells animalistic again like pussycat and musk.
This fragrance is definitely exciting. It could be something for fans of more oriental, sweet and spicy fragrances.
