Creed Green Irish Tweed with Bubblegum and Apple
According to YouTube, this is a dupe to Emporio Armani - Stronger With You Absolutely.
Since I'm a big fan of the SWY Absolutely, I thought for small money I can get myself a clone, perfect!
But unfortunately I was totally disappointed.
The fragrance has so nothing with SWY Absolutely in the hat, so really nothing!
And I can guarantee that 100%, because the original I own myself and therefore I have compared both fragrances.
No idea how "Aromatix" (so called, by the way, the Youtuber) comes to such nonsense.
But how exactly does it smell? Is it even a dupe to anything known? Yep.
For me, it has what of Green Irish Tweed in younger, if that makes sense.
So as if Creed would decide to bring GIT out again, but for a younger target audience.
If you compare the notes of both fragrances you find many parallels, so I'm actually not imagining it, hehe.
Now to the fragrance.
This is green, fruity, fresh and at the same time sweet.
Compared to the Green Irish Tweed is in the opening (and also in the drydown) a green, fresh apple, instead of the citrus notes in focus.
In the drydown comes neat bubblegum to it.
This makes the fragrance discreetly sweeter, at the same time it remains fresh, green and fruity because the apple just does not want to disappear.
What is great, however, if you like the smell of apples.
The bubblegum note is not as intense as in an Invictus Aqua (2016) or in a Hawas for Him or similar, but it is there. This makes the fragrance seem a bit more youthful and modern than the Creed.
I do not know how oakmoss smells, but since the fragrance just smells really green and here oakmoss is entered in the base, I think the green probably comes from it.
I'm a bit annoyed by the green because I'm not a fan of green notes.
But exactly this note is very reminiscent of the GIT, there you can find in the base just as oakmoss.
What about the performance?
This is unfortunately not so the burner.
On the clothes you perceive him until the next day.
But the charisma leaves much to be desired, since you have to spray more strongly to stand out.
But hey, not everyone wants to stand out.
On the whole, not a bad fragrance.
Good for any season and any situation.
Only for me personally, just not interesting enough.
