Picking wild blackberries in the forest
I bought Turathi (Purple) blind a year ago. Sprayed it on, found it to be a powdery all-rounder and bang, back on the fragrance shelf.
Recently, I thought we'd try this little treasure again and it was worth it.
Matured for a year, what a difference.
I felt transported on a walk in the forest after it rained. Suddenly you see these wild blackberry bushes and treat yourself to a handful of blackberries, half-laden with rainwater and soil... Simply wonderful and dangerous at the same time ...
In the opening, I get a blackberry and lots of powder. Jasmine is clearly the queen of powder here, but it is rather dark and seductive.
Right after that, I get pepper, nicely integrated with patchouli and spicy.
Over time, everything becomes a little sweeter, the blackberry plays a sweet and spicy game with the pepper that lasts a very long time.
Hours later, I notice vanilla, which is also well interwoven with an earthy undertone and lots of patchouli.
I have to be in the mood for this fragrance, it is lengthy and special. However, I find that it has a strong recognizability and can't be smelled in every corner. Although I bought it blind and don't regret it, I think it would be better to test it before buying it.
Although it could certainly be worn by men, I see it more on a lady who carries an oriental mystique with her. Mysterious, dark and exotic, it is the image of a full moon on a winter's night.
For the price, a bull's eye, if certainly not everyone's cup of tea.
