Blind Buy, Beyonce & Barbra
I have long thought about this fragrance to buy, especially since nowhere are testers so blind purchase. But finally won the curiosity and today the Düftchen arrived with me.
The bottle and the name are misleading. This is not a synthetic fruit plörre the annoying but a wonderfully creamy floral fragrance which comes soft and round, the tuberose dominates but is never too intense. In addition to the tuberose, I perceive the bergamot, jasmine, ylang-ylang and amber individually, the rest is interwoven with the fragrance or for me not individually perceptible (which may also be due to the weather, today it is muggy). Unfortunately, the H&S are somewhat mau, but something is always ;-)
Starlight Gold (SG) starts fresh for me, quickly becomes creamy-floral, with lots of green and in the base ambered and slightly sweet, rather lovely and always remains pleasant. In sum, it reminds me very strongly of Gucci Bloom and is with just under 30 euros for 100ml a good investment.
Once again to the name and bottle, since both do not want to fit so right to the fragrance (I wrote already misleading) Neither to the content nor to Aigner itself...it is like the complete opposite, instead of colors like Bordeaux you see pink, instead of simple design bling-bling and charms....but the content of the is again classic & straightforward.
I have long thought about but if I should describe the fragrance & bottle figuratively briefly then maybe so: Beyonce is the preview (bottle) to the Barbra Streisand concert (fragrance) at the MGM Grand.
Either way, I got hold of a beautiful fragrance for little money - blind buy succeeded!
