New Year's Eve is just around the corner! And there's soup to eat..
Aaaah, New Year's Eve!
One of my favorite holidays right after Christmas and Halloween. So it's almost a pity that all these holidays are so close to each other, because once you get them "behind you", it takes a whole (bleak) year until you come back to these times. For all I care it could be Christmas and New Year's Eve again :D

Well, this fragrance is about New Year's Eve now. Where one toasts to the new year and possibly literally pulverizes money, in which one buys practically useless firecrackers and fuses it. And despite the so-called good intentions that you spend less money this year on something like this, you don't stick to it anyway... because it's just fun! Ohhh, especially with roman lights, cubic cannon strokes and firecrackers (we always called them "carpets" :D) I am getting weaker and weaker, but since a couple of years I am more interested in fountains and so on, because they don't just pop, but also have something to offer optically! D

One can comfort oneself with it and/or calm one's conscience that one does this only once in the year, from therefore nothing speaks against letting something crash, I find :)
On the other hand... last year we weren't allowed to shoot... and who was to blame? The women! Yes, really :D
The girlfriends of some of us who didn't like that kind of thing, somehow forbade all of us to do it (and as a guest of them I had to stick to it)... argh, the girls again so, hehe. Anyway, as New Year's Eve eaters they also wanted to make a big pot of "nutritious and satisfying" soup (and only that!)), and so much that they intended to eat it in the New Year as well... what they did, but... but: Here we could at least get our way, guys, in which we had also bought a gigantic party package hot dogs (of course, besides the 20 bags of chips and other sweets!), which we also fed in the New Year, but very gladly!! :DDD

Anyway, I wonder what a fragrance called New Year's Eve smells like, New Year's Eve. I'd normally guess scents like champagne and such (or black powder??), but there doesn't seem to be anything like that in the scent...

The fragrance:
The beginning is sweetish, one smells the indicated cotton candy, whereby it smells in the background also slightly fruity (like raspberries). Musk is also present from the beginning, only the sugar scents from the cotton candy are much stronger, so that the musk can only be perceived to a limited extent.
Roses are also present in small quantities, and they never really smell stronger in the entire course of the fragrance. Over time, a nice sandalwood note emerges that goes well with the sweet tone of the fragrance and forms a nice basis for the base. Besides the cotton candy, which can still be smelled in the base (but now a little weaker), you can now also smell the musk more clearly. As I said, there is hardly any change in the roses.
In the later base one smells a clearly stronger vanilla and somehow also indefinite, flowery smells in the background.

The Sillage and the shelf life:
The Sillage is good, you leave a larger fragrance cloud behind and are guaranteed to attract attention with its fragrance!
The shelf life is very good, because you can smell the fragrance on your arm very easily the next morning, as is the case with most fragrances with a vanilla base.

The bottle:
The fragrance is filled in a bottle that seems to be very typical of niche fragrances. For example, it is very similar to the scents of Dua Fragrances. It is simply rectangular and has a high, cylindrical and chrome-plated lid. On the front you see a label with the name of the fragrance and that's it. Even if the materials should be of high quality, in my opinion the bottle is optically only mediocre.

So, the scent is pretty sweet. I think it's very nice, but also very feminine (actually even exclusively feminine) as unisex, because it belongs more to the category of sugary fragrances like Prada's Candy or Aquolina's Pink Sugar. And this fragrance does not have to hide from these scents either, because it smells very nice just like the mentioned scents. Maybe for one or the other here something too girly or too sugary, but I like it. As always such a fragrance is certainly very tasty to you ladies :)
Therefore it is super good for going out! Despite its sweetness, it's usually not soo heavy (only the later base just seems a little heavier because of the more intense vanilla, but not overwhelming), so you could wear it in spring, or even on not too hot summer days during various events and so on, if you... well, just want to radiate a little tasty and sweet. Another nice smile to it, and you are surely irresistible with it, hmmm :))))

To be honest, I don't really know what the scent of New Year's Eve is all about, except that you could also use the scent on New Year's Eve, for example at a New Year's Eve party to attract attention.

Hmm... do you actually know this picture of Sylvester Stallone standing in front of a door and the picture was titled "New Year's Eve standing in front of the door"? :D
It's one of my favorite pictures for this holiday because it's just so funny and fitting and we send it to each other here every year. I wonder if the Sly Stallone knows or knows the meaning of :DD
