This is inexpensive choice alternative for Italica. I give 80% similar just differ in opening Italian Caramel give more spicy than Italica.

Smells like sweet almond biscuit with a thick layer of dulce de leche and a touch of citrus cream. Sweet (but not overwhelmingly) and yummy
