The alternative to Psychedelic Love
Today is the second day I've actively worn the fragrance.
What can I say... it's beautiful!
The fragrance:
Sweet, floral and woody in roughly equal parts and a subtle myrrh.
Light almond-vanilla notes from heliotrope join in.
Jasmine/hedione and rose are present but not dominant.
The individual scents are beautifully interwoven so that no one component stands out strongly. For people who would like a strong, definable rose, the perfume is therefore rather nothing.
Towards the end, the woody notes and myrrh dominate a little more, which makes the fragrance a little creamier/cozier.
The fragrance envelops you in a cozy aura that is both pleasant and familiar, but also slightly "lulling" and quite seductive.
In my opinion, the perfume is 95% the same as Psychedelic Love by Initio.
H/S:
I'm still testing out whether I just get anosmic relatively quickly, haven't sprayed enough or my skin is going on its "I'll eat your perfume" tour again and will update the review then.
Bottle and price:
The bottle is simple, functional, the atomizer looks high quality and emits very fine bursts.
The price for 50 or 100 ml is more than fair, considering that the sister fragrance is priced at 250€. Customer service has been quick and nice. You just need to be patient until the package arrives from the UK.
