No smoking in the pipe
In the middle of the 60's the Danish pipe maker Poul Rasmussen died. He was not yet 30 years old. His young wife Anne Julie suddenly found herself all alone with a small child. She decided to make the best of it and became the first internationally known pipe maker. She has a gallery on the Danish island Læsø. At the beginning of the 80's my best friend at that time went to Denmark with her family and took a holiday on Læsø. She saw the pipes in the gallery and liked it all so much that she decided to become a pipe smoker. So when she was back home, we did a test series with flavoured pipe tobacco. We liked the smell very much. Unfortunately, smoking is associated with smoking and that's why we finally quit again.

Miel de Sauvage et Tabac (wild honey and tobacco) smells of flavoured pipe tobacco. The tobacco is dark, moist, mild and spicy. For family tester M and me it is flavoured with sherry rather than wild honey. The scent is definitely sweet. Miel de Sauvage et Tabac keeps on me for about 8 hours. The scent remains the same the whole time. It's a feel-good scent. The sillage is quite good, you radiate into the surrounding area, but do not fill the whole room.

Alkemia is an american company, so you can only get the stuff through customs, unless you are going to the USA anyway or know someone who knows someone.

Miel de Sauvage et Tabac can be worn especially in the colder half of the year. At work it may be mainly for tobacconists. In winter, sitting around comfortably with a cup of tea and Miel de Sauvage et Tabac in filthy weather is certainly a good leisure activity. You have the advantages of pipe smoking without the disadvantages! There is also a world championship in pipe slow smoking. The last one took place in October 2019 in Ukraine. Of course, Miel de Sauvage et Tabac can also be worn very well with it. Or if you want to be accepted into a smoking club even though you don't smoke at all.

In any case, I am very happy about the sample I have learnt Caligari from the cross and I will cherish it.

spicy tobacco with old school flair [Blindprobe!]

Awkward start, awkward! Very spicy, slightly urine-y, a little oldschool. Tobacco. Fine and fruity between the rough lines. Vanilla works its way through after about 3 minutes; certainly as an absolute in its spicy character. Memory of corky wine.

It's getting good!

But still stinging in some moments. Orientation like Francesca Bianchi Etruscan Water or The Black Knight, but a little more reserved. Very masculine though. - Coffee liqueur!
Becomes drier, greener, more material. Tobacco increasingly central.

"You smell quite pungent," my wife says after about an hour. But I also underestimated the potency and sprayed 4-5 times.

Too old school for me, but good direction in itself
[these are notes of the observations of Bookie and myself/M3000 based on a blind sample of Caligari - thanks!]
