Very helpful Review
"The soul of the Canary Islands"
"Alma de Canarias" is the name of a Canarian perfume label based on the island of Lanzarote.
A Canary Islands cruise with Mein Schiff 2 brought me to this beautiful island during my last holiday, where I visited one of the highlights of the island, the "Jameos del Agua" These fascinating lava caves were opened up by the famous Spanish artist and environmentalist César Manrique in harmony with nature, and since then have offered a dreamlike outdoor pool, a restaurant, an impressive concert hall and a small well-stocked souvenir shop.
There they stood now, the smells of "Alma de Canarias" and pulled naturally immediately my look and my Schnuppernase on itself!
Besides the unisex scent "Fresca", I especially liked "Océano" and finally my choice also fell on him.
So I bought a bottle of the fragrant ocean as a reminder of this great time on the ocean and the Canary Islands.

The creations of "Alma de Canarias" all carry the name "Parfum", however, silage and durability hardly speak for a perfume in the sense of Extrait, it should rather be an Eau de Cologne, because the only small minus point receives the fragrance for its unfortunately somewhat Spanish light-footedness!
Well, I have to spray it again and again, the simple and yet aesthetically stylish bottle also invites you to...

Océano, the ocean so...

One could not have called the smell more suitable!

A fresh sea breeze blows towards me with a fine fruity citrus mist, aquatic-maritime elements, the cool waves of the ocean, endless horizon, the not to be underestimated sun rays of the Canarian spring sky, herbaceous spicy notes and balsamic woodiness of driftwood, which one finds during the morning beach walk.
Gentle and soft powderiness envelops me pleasantly warming like a freshly washed bathrobe after a cold shower.

Everything that makes up the island holiday atmosphere is united here in a really great good mood fragrance!

Back on board the ocean giant, I sit on the balcony of my cabin and look thoughtfully out to sea.

The soul of the Canary Islands is reflected in it...

The discovery of freshness
For almost 10 years, the two Italian perfumers have been producing their creations in the Canary Islands, inspired by the magic of the island. Oceano is so far the only men's fragrance, but it has succeeded completely in the style of the house. A clear and harmonious fragrance pyramid without bells and whistles and nuances of something. The citric top note is fresh, tends to be a little bitter and effortlessly merges into the rosemary. The fragrance is the perfect companion for a long summer, supported by a successful blend of maritime notes. And in dark November the scent is a wonderful memory of sun, beach and sea.
Durability and Sillage are decent not to criticize the price-performance ratio and a 100% recommendation at the next visit to the Canaries not only to look in the treasure trove for the usual "suspects".
