Admittedly, it took a little while until I could sniff out whose clone Derby Club House is. At the first attempt I had only a Kuddelmuddel from synthetic snippets in the nose, where I wondered without looking at Parfumo on the Pyramdie, what ingredients the imitate.
Only towards the end peeled out boldly the playful oriental-tinged vanilla ... and then it became clear to me, where the journey goes or had gone.
Hours later when re-spraying, that impression was confirmed: Derby Club House is quite a nice Le Mâle copy, not quite as sublime and attractive as the original, but as a cheap alternative quite useful. Why no one has mentioned this yet?
The durability is in any case noteworthy on textiles, because on my clothes I still had what of it for days. On the skin, however, this impression was relativized.
On the net I could find quite different prices for the fragrance. On Ebay are currently called 30 € from abroad plus shipping, which you can safely ignore. But apparently there were times when the eau de toilette could be purchased for a good 10 €, which seems relatively ok to me.
However, I must confess that I had refrained from a re-spray on the way to the supermarket towards late afternoon, because I was somehow uncomfortable wearing a Le Mâle clone. And the fact that traces were also noticeable in my new winter jacket didn't suit me either. I've been through with my Le Mâle phase for quite a few years now.
