Grandios
I had treated myself to a sample bag full of Avons - on the one hand, these were the scents of my childhood - on the other, I still remember them as pleasant and interesting.
Oddly enough, I found few comments on them - and they didn't deserve that.
The fragrances in my " wonder bag " I liked sometimes more, sometimes less - but a real " failure " was not there.
Actually, they liked me " times more ".
And this also includes Oud Grandeur.
I'm tricky with oud scents, as they are often too bitingly resinous for me and stand out prominently.
So I was curious about Oud Grandeur.
But it handles the oud softly and gently - yet I can detect a mild resinousness.
The spices are mildly mixed in and the lily shines brightly over it.
Vanilla floats around the bark delicately sweet - and makes the fragrance round and complete.
A fragrance as if from a single mold - without annoying corners and edges - very likeable and not at all boring.
A real " Nasenschmeichler " the me by chance " zugefallen " is - and I will purchase.
Music : A different Corner by George Michael - because the grandiose Grandeur also has romantic echoes.
