The brand "Björk & Berries" was founded in 2012 as a beauty and cosmetics label. The idea behind it was to share the beauty and magic of the lush Swedish nature with the world. However, all products should also retain their Scandinavian naturalness. The name "Björk & Berries" therefore refers to the Birch, also referred to as the life-giving tree, also used with berries, chamomile, lavender, oats, sea buckthorn, or rosehip. The first products saw the light of the fragrance world following several years of research and development under Jérôme Epinette's direction in 2016.

The company works according to strict standards in order to maintain the Scandinavian spirit; therefore, leaves and berries are exclusively picked by hand and carefully processed.
