Fresh laundry fans watch out... oh no, not at all...
I tackled the next sample kit with great anticipation. After all, the Scandinavians always promise to better fulfill my preference. Vad ska det bli? Fjällsjö is the first to go.
The original bottle reminds me of my laboratory jars or chemist's bottles. Very clean and simple! Let's call it Nordic minimalism. Container size is 50ml or 100ml.
Off to the skin with it. Oh, I like it - clean, white soap scent, somewhere between the white Lenor and a sporty version of Dove shower gel. Spray strength in the laundry. Is that still perfume or are they already washing pearls? Strong association with Pure Soap
As soon as the little flowers are a little wider and nudge the softly rinsed cotton to one side, I become unsure. In my opinion, it becomes more feminine than unisex and starts to annoy me a little, but at least it doesn't tip over into sweetness.
The whole thing remains very watery, slightly wafting, synthetic and then melts away like the last ice cream in spring. Musk? Amber? Washed away by the melting snow.
Unfortunately, the longevity is really not great for an EdP. After three hours, there is nothing left on my skin - not acceptable considering the price range. Some much cheaper EdTs can do this better. B&B also offers the fragrance as a perfume oil, but I find 49€/10ml a bit steep, even as a fan of clean fragrances.
