Try this vanilla
A legend says the Aztec king Montezuma offered to Hernán Cortés taste a cup of vanilla chocolate, without revealing to him what the contents were. Despite all the precautions to ensure that the secret was not revealed, Cortés still managed to understand that it was vanilla.
For this reason he imported the ingredient to Spain and later to France, where it became an essential component for high-level desserts. Only the nobles could afford such a fine aroma.
Vanille is a cloud of vanilla, made even tastier by a touch of praline and musky hints.
It amazes me that so many very sweet gourmand fragrances are extolled, often too cheeky, and no mention is made of such a balanced and elegant, pleasant and not shouty creation.
A clean and enveloping vanilla.
If you are a lover of this note, absolutely worth trying.
