Paint Thinner and Tequila
On initial blast you are greeted with something so hard, it smells like turpentine or paint thinner. After a little bit of settling you're left with what smells very much like Tequila to me.

I don't know about this one, as much as I have loved other things from this house, this one is just not something I want to smell like. There is just too much of that tequila / rubbing alcohol / paint thinner smell that sticks around.

I guess for what it's worth, it's blended well? because it's awfully hard to pick out any individual notes.

The Jade Emperor
"Green Sapphire" costs more than many a good used car offer, if you get it at all. Can a fragrance be so valuable? No, objectively speaking, of course not. But that's a completely different discussion. To the fragrance: that is actually pricelessly good...

Like a captivating mixture of the original "M7" and a Nasomatto - I think it's quite accurate. Velvety, mossy, oud-woody and simply indescribably voluminous, dense, beautiful. A royal fragrance at a royal price. Here the head cinema is juicy thrown on without taking prisoners. Raspberries kiss eagle wood, cashmere flatters musk, Asia looks over to Africa without completely losing sight of Europe. Almost too big to carry... "Blue Sapphire", the name promises a lot and sounds pompous - but when there's such a bang in it, you can. Some Boadiceas may hardly do justice to their own demands and prices - this one does. And what 600-euro scent can you say that about?! Just delicious and ready to put in. I'm impressed. Most impressive. Up to the tops of fragrance.

Flacon: noble would only work with diamonds on it
Sillage: with broad, hairy and muscular chest in front < br /> Durability: felt ∞

Conclusion: one of the densest, noblest and most live up to its (already highly grasped) name fragrances I have ever had on my skin. A very big, very expensive thing. In all sorts of ways. You don't even know where to go...

The Jewel of the Nile?
Hmm... Green Sapphire... somehow I have to think of the name of the movie "Auf der Jagd nach dem Juwel vom Nil" with Michael Douglas, but in contrast to the first movie the movie doesn't mean a gemstone with the jewel, which you could sell as treasure and get rich. In the first film it was about a diamond, here Jewel means something completely different, but for all those who don't know these films and want to see them, I won't tell you. But they are quite funny movies :)

Anyway, a green sapphire is the theme of this fragrance here. As the previous speaker already wrote, gemstones are said to have certain powers and properties. So the green sapphire should stand as a symbol for wisdom, decency and purity. It should also give the wearer a clearer and more sheepish mind and self-control. Of course, depending on the place, the stone is said to have different properties. For Asians, sapphires are a symbol of friendship and truth. The Europeans already believe more in the power of the gem itself, whose above-mentioned properties are to be transferred to the wearer. In ancient Egypt, however, the stone was used to ward off evil spirits. And perfumes are supposed to wear it, because you have to sweat and stink less and you have to keep scents longer! :DD

Well, where I'm talking about good scents, I hope that the scent is successful, because it sounds quite interesting from the scents (whiskey, raspberry, pine etc.).

The fragrance:
At the beginning I smell whiskey, which also smells quite oudig. I also notice raspberries, which admittedly smell quite unusual or actually even quite unusual, i.e. in combination with whiskey. But it's not bad,... it's almost as if you would tilt down these tequilla shots in different flavours with melon or raspberry and so on :D
Anyway, I also have a rather earthy note in my nose, which reminds me a little of vetiver. This fragrance is gradually becoming greener and together with woody notes it is probably the pine needles that I noticed. Now, a little later, I also smell woody notes with light oud and a little bit still whiskey, but the raspberries are almost gone again, the sweetness of the fragrance (which is rather small) comes from the violets, which also smell a little powdery. In addition, there are other green resinous, slightly austere notes, almost medical. That should be Cypriol, which smells like that, at least according to descriptions I found, because I don't know the scent. It has a certain resemblance to camphor, but the medical note here is less reminiscent of cough syrup :D
The oud becomes more and more intense over time, but in a gentle way, which is beautiful.
In the base the scent smells of oud, resinous notes, woody green scents and is still soft. Besides it is of course also quite woody and slightly earthy (like Patchouli). The fragrance is now even less sweet than at the beginning, so even the musk and amber notes can no longer "align" much. But I don't mind if a fragrance doesn't smell sweet. Here everything is beautifully coordinated, and as long as you like oudige and woody woody scents, you will also like this fragrance.

The Sillage and the shelf life:
The Sillage is good, so the scent is easy to smell to someone. You leave a nice fragrance cloud behind, but I didn't find it so extremely room-filling. Still an intense fragrance!
The durability is also good, even really good, because depending on how many sprayers you have indulged in, you may still be able to feel it the next morning in the sprayed place like on your arm.

The bottle:
The bottle is round and green, on the front you can see a golden-metallic shield with Celtic symbols or patterns, in the middle of which a real green sapphire has been embedded. The beautifully shaped lid is also gold-plated and fits well as a finish. As always, this Boadicea bottle looks simply great!

Soo... yeah, the scent's not bad. But first of all: The extremely high price is not worth this fragrance to me. Because in the end I think it's good, but it doesn't knock me off my socks that much either. He smells okay, and that's actually at any point of the scent process. It is a pity that such interesting notes as whiskey evaporate quickly and the scent begins to smell too quickly of woods and oud. I find the woody aura quite nice, but there are scents that smell better like a pine forest or something like that.

I would classify this fragrance as autumn in terms of its fragrance type. It can be used daily. Probably also for going out, but it's not a party scent, it's too unsweet or too unspectacular for that, but well suited for everyone who doesn't like sweet scents.
You can test it, but to be honest, I think you don't necessarily miss anything if you let out the scent.

Well, that's that again.
And think of the power of these gems! The next time you think your scent is totally weak and disappears quickly, just wear a sapphire in your pocket (or chain, or ring, or pendant...). Maybe it'll help if you believe in things like esotericism and all! :D

Eternity (in Raspberry Oud)
The sapphire itself is said to have all kinds of healing effects. He's also supposed to be protective. Represent spirit and honor. Its significance in the history of mankind is as varied as the colouring of the corundum. They were worn by Egyptian priests as well as by monarchs. Almost indestructible. Only diamonds are harder.

The first time I saw Green Sapphire by a dear perfumer, as a generous addition to a collective order, it had happened to me. The small sample I guarded like a treasure and was completely thrilled by the power in even the tiniest concentrations of this perfume.

Already the start with raspberry and saffron is a real dream. In addition there is a slightly woody-dry, almost slightly smoky Oud, which I let enchant perfectly by Cypriol (Nargamotha) and Cashmeran. And thus creates a slightly vibrating wood aura that already brings discreet oriental tendencies with it. The deep red, ripe raspberry continues to float above everything, somehow coining all the floral sweetness in its name and thus creating a dormant overall picture. The musky character of the cashmeran, paired with the white musk of the base, creates a certain vastness in the fragrance. He never seems heavy. But it's very dense. Without crushing.

For hours it stays that way and only after 5 hours I notice that the scent takes more and more room for musk, cedar and sandalwood. This transition is so organic-flowing that there is no recognizable fracture here either. The fragrance is deeply balsamic and yet fresh and fruity.

A real jewel worth every cent Boadicea calls for. A raspberry (wood) oud. A unique specimen.

A warm and creamy, oriental spicy-woody Fall fragrance, with a rather pungent, medicinal spicy-green opening. Male-oriented.
