A solid fragrance of the "chypre" genre
Now follows the next review from the house of Bogner. After I love the Woman No. 1 and also the Bogner Woman has really hit, the anticipation of the Bogner Femme was huge. In the end, this was a little too big, so I am almost a little disappointed. The Bogner Femme is a so far successful fragrance, which has just not picked me up. I have tested a total of 4 miniatures. In three of them, the shelf life was not very high with about 4-5 hours but the sillage so far okay. A miniature was darker in color and the whole thing also came a bit more extracted. Since the fragrance lasted about 8 hours - only the smell was also different, more oriental and seems to be somewhat tilted due to age. Therefore, I will not consider this miniature for my review.
The top note starts with a combination of fruity, green and floral notes. I recognize especially bergamot, violet, garden carnation and iris. The heart note remains very floral with lily of the valley, lime blossom, rose water, jasmine flowers as well as ylang ylang. The base smells balsamic of sandalwood, slightly resinous of cedar, earthy of moss and as I find also a little vanilla.
Since the fragrance has convinced me in the end but not quite, I will probably have to separate from my miniatures.
