A pretty solid and very rarely rated fragrance from the house of Bogner
With the Bogner Femme II I seem to present a real rarity on Parfumo. Reviews? Statements? Missing! Then it's about time that I here times something about it in the keys. In fact, thanks to my former collecting mania of the Woman No. 1 as many as 7 miniatures of Bogner Femme II have accumulated. I took something for this review from each miniature, which differ in color and longevity. In the end, I find the fragrance to be quite solid, if not brilliant. It reminds me a lot of the Bogner Femme with a hint of the Sônia Bogner - Bogner Woman. The durability varies between 5 and 10 hours. The sillage I would describe as quite useful.
The top note starts initially citrus, green and floral with aromas of bergamot, iris and violet. The heart note remains floral, but is also earthy. Here I detect lily of the valley, garden carnations, patchouli and a fair amount of chypre. Up until here, I wasn't too fond of it but then the scent becomes more pleasant. Typical of Bogner, there is a sweet, creamy powdery and very nice vanilla aroma in the base. In the background I still sniff sandalwood as well as oak moss.
I am honestly quite not so sure how good I find the fragrance now. The prelude I found first not so great, the end for it really nice. Mhm...my miniatures may nevertheless move on...
