No, not the perfume, or rather the fragrance, but an attempt to somehow be able to describe it even approximately.
I am just still confused to the max, what I have here in the nose.
At first I had to think of a Harry Potter experiment set from my youth, where you were supposed to be able to make your own candy. The appropriate forest meadow herb note would be there. The chocolatiness, however, would not.
So that's not it.
In my opinion, my best completely home-conceived cocktail to date consists of red wine, vodka, and salted caramel, so very similar in terms of ingredients per se. But other than the similarity of ingredients and color, the two alcoholic beauties have nothing in common.
So that's not it either.

All right, maybe I'll start somewhere else.
The fragrance doesn't have a real progression. It is what it is and fades in its course. That's it. Where it differs is in the sillage. Depending on the distance, he is sometimes sweeter and towards the body rather herbaceous and tart.

Partly he makes you want to really horny cookies. Partly on a cozy home-brewed iced tea on the riverbank.
I couldn't even place what time of year he'd be most comfortable in. But that's rather difficult for me anyway, as someone who also wears n T-Rex in the summer. Still, I'd rather see him on a warm day than a rainy fall day or a Christmas party.
Whereby he would somehow fit thematically there again.

Okay, it's not really becoming clear.
The scent is sweet, but not sticky or overbearing. More like mulled wine gum.
At the same time, the fruit is missing from the composition, although the top note should be overloaded with it. And spice as such there is also not really. And yet, every now and then, some mint and cinnamon waft in.

It's a very individual scent that somehow becomes impossible for me to grasp or describe. He is exciting and attractive, at the same time repulsive and alienating.
I like wearing it, but I wouldn't take it as a feel-good scent. More so at a dinner party in the summer. Ultimately, he remains a mystery to me.

Maybe this fragrance is a summer mulled wine punch, just waiting for warm sunsets.

Wine for wine lovers

In search of a nice and somewhat heavier fragrance for the cooler season, I discovered Red Wine Brown Sugar. Of course, the color was the first thing that caught my eye and as a passionate red wine drinker who appreciates a good dry drop very much, I had concerns at first: Because as already mentioned in the name, here are exquisite red fruits combined with sugar. And for me, there is nothing worse than sweet red wine in my glass. Nevertheless, I bought a small bottling of it to convince myself and to give the fragrance a chance (maybe I just saw this pretty flacon already at my house, who knows).
As already my previous speakers, I can only agree:
The fragrance is initially really surprisingly tart. Immediately comes to mind the successful association with red wine, which is not at all intrusive. From sticky sweetness until now no trace. After some time, the wonderful patchouli comes in very delicately and accompanies the fruit on its journey. Otherwise, I have always experienced Patch as a very strong fragrance that takes over any attention, but here it is quite successful and Patchouli nestles only slightly to its predecessor. For my (probably too untrained) nose cedar wood tends to fade into the background and can, for me, only be guessed at.
The sugar sounds very quietly in the base, almost silently. The fragrance unfolds the time over no unpleasant sweetness, but becomes a little heavier, set, more sluggish. Almost like yourself, after a few good glasses. Leather plays here in my opinion rather a subordinate role and fans will probably not get their money's worth here, the top note holds up much too well for that.
For me, Red Wine Brown Sugar is a really wonderful winter fragrance that you can wear well and gladly during the day, but also just in the evening, because it is not too intrusive, but still has that certain something.
Chapeau to Bohoboco for this wonderful fragrance!

An unconventional grape ?

Today this perfume arrived with me. Blood red perfume in a simple glass bottle with black velvet lid - already very nice.
The name of the perfume lets one think now somehow of something sweet - fruity - Glühweinmäßiges...
This is confirmed in no way. I sprayed it on and was surprised, as one could not be more surprised.
For me, the smell is so atypical - I have not smelled anything comparable in the perfume field. There's nothing sweet about it - to me, it's red grape marc in an oak container in the middle of a forest clearing with garsch and bitter herbs and freshly mown grass. The scent is strangely, strangely good! Rebellious and edgy. Bitter and spicy-green. Nothing of sultry perfume - I think if I wear it, no one will get the idea that this is perfume. I like it, but have yet to find out if it's suitable for everyday wear. For everyone who wants to smell something unusual for once - just give it a try.
I'm not a professional, but I find the scent hardly changes over time. And it is quite durable. May be that others see the fragrance completely different, but sweet, lovely or similar he is not in my eyes.

Sweet and salty red wine - weird but interesting

Let me preface this by telling you I rarely ever drink wine. And if I do, I prefer white over red. But I was still curious about a wine-based fragrance.

This is interesting. It kind of smells like red wine, but it also doesn't. It's sweeter and fruitier than any wine I have ever tried or drank and doesn't come across that boozy, but there is something about it that makes clear that it's supposed to be wine. A kind of dry sourness hidden in the juicy texture. Very hard to explain. Maybe the best comparison is a berry wine cooler, though that would usually be sweeter.
There is definitely sugar in this, but I'm not sure if I would have identified it as brown sugar specifically if it wasn't for the name.
I also get the dried fruits and a slightly salty undertone, at times I catch a note that reminds me of Mugler's Womanity or the Womanity Taste of Fragrance flanker... But just for a fleeting moment. And there is a hint of woodiness in this, as if the sweet berry wine was kept in a wooden barrel.

I don't think I would want to smell like this, it is a bit gimmicky. But on the other hand it's an original scent in the fruity gourmand category and not unpleasant. I think I like it for what it is. I would strongly recommend not to blind-buy though, even if you like the notes.

Tart grape journey

I was surprised with the first spray. Red Wine Brown Sugar describes the fragrance 1 to 1 in the fragrance name itself. For me, it was the first fragrance that went in the direction of grape and immediately won me over.
The fragrance has something cuddly and smooth about it and is accompanied by the tart, sweet grape. However, the sweet scent is a little further in the background and is neither pungent nor artificial, but melts very softly onto the skin. Over time, it takes on a subtle woody note, but the red wine character is still present and harmonious.
For me, it is an elegant fragrance that is particularly suitable for cooler days in the fall and winter and can be worn by everyone thanks to its harmonious fragrance composition.
