Breil Milano was founded in 1939. The company began producing alarm clocks in 1942 and started making wristwatches in 1970. In 1979, the model "Beaubourg" came up with the innovation that the bracelet could be fixed by a push button.
In the 90s Breil created a series of popular watches. The model "Manta" (1994) became famous because, as an original men's model, it was popularly worn by both ladies and gentlemen. In 1996, Breil created the "Midway" model, the first quartz chronometer for ladies.
Breil developed into a luxury and lifestyle brand whose product range includes high-quality wristwatches, exclusive jewelry and eyewear fashion. In 2006, the portfolio was expanded to include the perfume division. The fragrances are created in collaboration with perfumers Olivier Polge and Sylvie Fischer, as well as International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.
