Amber sugar
bought blindly because I have almost no more ajmal amber wood perfume left and I saw that many on the site found it similar to ambero.

so for my part I find no resemblance between these 2 references. ambero is much more delicious and sweet, I have the impression that it is aimed more at women and children.

we smell amber mixed I have the impression with caramel and fruit I have a feeling of déjà vu but I can't figure out what scent exactly.

at times it reminds me of christian clive 1872 with his vétiver it IS greenly ,and other time Christian clive n1 this InFamous and horrible scent in my opinion.i m totally dissapointed.it smelled thé rich old fashionned man .

.the sillage is correct and the hold too since I smell it for 7 hours.

Unpleasant for me i will resell it quickly and rebuy Ajmal Amber wood.the undoubtedly best of this collection in my opinion remains tygar.

The tears of the gods?
Hello you perfumed ones, and welcome to a new commi from me. Today we are talking about Ambero von Bvlgari, who means "amber". A mineral or a fossil resin that has been inspiring people for thousands of years. Amber was already known in the Stone Age, but only in ancient times did it acquire a very special meaning and popularity, because at a time when mankind still believed in many different gods, someone once claimed that amber was actually the tears of the gods! And you know how believing people were at that time and therefore had to have such things :D

No wonder, then, that this fragrance from Bvlgari's Le Gemme series pays homage to an ancient god, Melkart (or Melqart), the main god of the Phoenician city of Tyros. Melkart was the protector of shipping and colonisation and was regarded by his admirers as the epitome of masculinity, which is why this fragrance was also classified as men's fragrance. And the fragrance was named after an amber because Melkart always carried a mighty amber as a symbol of his power.

Yes, stories about gods are interesting, and just as interesting as the fact that nowadays most people only believe in one (or no) god and at that time, especially in ancient times, there were still hundreds of gods! I wonder what happened to all those gods... :D

Well, I'll come to the fragrance and see if the fragrance smells divine too!

The fragrance:
The fragrance begins mainly with fragrant ginger and is accompanied by a barbarian aura, which is less old-fashioned but simply masculine. From the amber there is a small sweetness, as well as from the pink pepper, which comes over however also both spicy and slightly fruity. All this is finally surrounded by a beautiful, resinous cloud of incense, which makes the fragrance particularly warm and gentle.
After a while it also starts to smell a bit like a forest, as I notice pine-like resinous scents. These become increasingly woodier and smell a little later like cedar wood. Above all with the now also quite intensive incense everything smells glorious and autumnal.
That's the way it stays until the end, which maybe sounds a little bit poor in variety and therefore simple, but just smells great.

The Sillage and the shelf life:
The Sillage is quite good, one is wrapped in a beautiful fragrance cloud, which is also good for others to smell, and that, or especially to get close. The shelf life is quite good, because I could also smell the scent on my arm the next morning.

The bottle:
The bottle is rectangular and high. It is black (or anthracite) with a thin, golden base. The neck, which rises slightly towards the centre, is also gold-plated, and the brand name is engraved on it. The lid is also rectangular with slightly inflated sides, is anthracite with gilded accents and has a gem-like cap, as is the case with all Le Gemme bottles. Here it is modeled after an amber (although in my opinion it is a bit too dark for an amber). All in all a beautiful bottle, even if the cup-like bottles look much more beautiful.

Hmm, so I think this scent is very good. It is a very beautifully fragrant, autumnal men's fragrance, which is woody and resinous and ripe, but not old-fashioned or grandpa-like. Instead it smells of class and elegance and is well suited both during the day and for going out.

I don't associate the olfactory with an amber (although I don't know how amber would smell anyway), but I do associate resins in general. And since I was talking about gods at the beginning: Yes, I think that the scent would also have pleased gods, but if you also smell divine with it, the ladies have to decide :D
Well, who wants to sniff me? ... Hmph! It would be nice if at least one of you would raise your hand... you nasty creatures! D

Well then,... well, I think the fragrance is worth testing, but only from autumn, because it doesn't smell heavy, but it's a bit unsuitable for summer. And that brings me back to the end, and I wish you all a nice evening, yes also to you, you nasty ladies who don't want to sniff at me... argh!!!

A rather dusty, yet gentle and warm, spicy earthy-woody Fall fragrance, balanced by a bright spicy-smoky opening. No amber. Very masculine.

Delicate and macho at the same time. 21st century type powerhouse. I like the Kurkdjian style saffron dissolved in oriental resin of it.

I hate fragrances with ginger, but I really loved this one! The olibanum toned down the sharpness of the ginger to a very enjoyable degree.
