Imminently Wearable Minty Fresh Aquatic
Disclaimer: This is not my favorite fragrance genre...in fact "Aquatic" is usually the last thing I hear before I start running in the opposite direction. Fortunately, I did an impulse spritz today without reading up on this flanker first and I was pleasantly refreshed. It bore an initial hint of the original Eternity, but stopped short of the Vavoom over the top sillage and wantonness of the original- instead, veering to the clean minty airy with aquatic note hanging delicately underneath as a wispy after thought...not bad at all. There is not too much occurring behind the scenes with this one. I don't really detect any base white musk, perhaps just a touch of amber but it is gentle and fleeting at best. I may try it again in the future, I have learned the hard way with Calvin Klein fragrances to try at least 3 times before considering a FB purchase- or it will sit there on my shelf getting lonely for the next 5 years until I use it as air freshener. But if you are looking for a bright blue-ish green clean crisp French Riviera-ish calone experience- this may make you day in the same bold beautiful bottle design of the Eternities of the past. No one will say you didn't smell clean and fresh wearing this breezy scent.
