Disappeared.
All I knew about Caren Pfleger, whose fragrance I sold in the 80s, was that she was a former model and designer. Her image for us was comparable to that of Jil Sander. At some point, both the fragrance and your brand more or less disappeared into oblivion. The grey cardboard box with the pink lettering of her name comes to mind when I hear her name.
The fragrance Caren Pfleger was a companion for sporty-elegant fashion. Not unusual, but quite valuable. Maybe it could be compared to Eternity. The top note, however, is more citric. Thanks to Lilith I can celebrate re-smelling today.
The description comes to mind as a flowery green with a citric-fruity top note. Also in the base the scent stays rather cool and I would suspect musk and cedar rather than amber and sandalwood.
I used to like to wear Caren Pfleger in everyday life. For special occasions I used Volupte from Oscar de la Renta or Gem from Van Cleef & Arpels. But I still see the fragrance shelf in front of me in the private perfumery where the fragrances were. I don't meet any of the three fragrances in the shop today, so I was happy to test Caren Pfleger again.
Edit 17.2.2019
I wrote this comment in my early days on Parfumo. The fragrance was not yet listed and so my text ended up with a wrong Caren caregiver fragrance. I've corrected that.
