Carner Barcelona is a new niche brand with Spanish origins, founded in 2010 by Sara Carner out of a desire to capture the heady atmosphere of her native Catalonia as a sensual adventure. Carner Barcelona is a collection of exquisite perfumes made from the finest raw materials, created in the best manufacturing tradition by master perfumers and recognized artists - "Tardes" is by Daniela Andrier (she created "Amber Pour Homme", "Angelique Noire" and Prada's "Infusions", among others) and "D600" by Christophe Raynaud (created "1 Million", "Pour Lui", "Joop Thrill Men", among others).

Sara Carner draws her inspiration from encounters and experiences in life. The Catalan's fragrances are meant to reflect Barcelona with its dreamlike places and sights. They tell the story of longing and true feelings, of experienced memories and extraordinary moments.

The flacon design is particularly interesting. It reflects the seamless combination of old craft traditions with modern forms. The material and color cite the characteristic elements of traditional Spanish craftsmanship and at the same time are a monument to the generations of old leather craft tradition of Sara Carner's family.
