The bitch
Some ladies might have thought something like that when a woman entered the room wearing the Must de Cartier. This was either meant out of envy and resentment or in a figurative sense as a compliment. I know of only a few perfumes that managed to make it into a room within a very short time, no matter how big it was to cause massive collateral damage to other perfumes like Must de Cartier. Unless one of the ladies was still wearing opium from Yves Saint Laurent or Knowing from Estée Lauder also as a pure perfume. So you had an equal opponent in the game as far as the enormous presence and aura was concerned. One can rightly say that Must de Cartier was a titanium in terms of opulence, elegance and charisma. What made Must de Cartier so special? Let's see!

Must de Cartier
One cannot really say that Must de Cartier in its aura is heavy, in the sense of oppressive, overwhelming or lush. If Must de Cartier were a fabric I would compare it to the finest cashmere ever woven. Its fine notes are incredibly warm, soft and supple spun. On first contact with the skin, it appears tangy and fresh-fruity with a delicate and juicy tangerine note. Which is by no means the case. The other notes are added quickly. Cinnamon, which is not listed here at all, is added in warm, spicy spurts and pervades the perfume with soft, resinous, smoky galbanum. Floral notes creep in, but cannot really be identified and classified. They are more just soft chords and more to guess. At this stage, Must de Cartier smells like seasoning oranges for Christmas and then gently heating them with the peel. But not enough for him! A freshly scratched out, spicy vanilla pod paired with an incredibly fluffy cloudy and buttery musk and amber make Must de Cartier float figuratively. A swab of Zibet and Tonka crowns the perfume and makes it pulsate on and around the wearer. Must de Cartier radiates a very adult, sensual, warm, spicy, creamy and gently smoked elegance and grace as rarely experienced. Pure perfection paired with sensual decadence!

Conclusion
Must de Cartier has a unique signature that is very impressive and powerful. I know only a few perfumes that say so charmingly and at the same time dominantly: "I am here!!!". A perfume that truly lets the air burn and hardly tolerates other perfumes in the room. Might sound bad, but it's not! Must de Cartier is very strong in its sillage and durability, but by no means overwhelming. Must de Cartier is comparable to a meter long cashmere scarf, which looks tons heavy, but basically does not weigh much. Or a protective, soft cashmere blanket that gives a warm, fluffy, sensual and delicate feeling to the bare skin. Must de Cartier should be worn preferably in autumn and winter, because its high proportion of cinnamon and tangerine notes evokes very Christmassy associations. No perfume what one should put on without hesitation in consciousness one would not attract attention with it. You definitely do! And a minimal dose is enough for that. Must de Cartier is probably one of the most beautiful and elegant walls against which a man can run in my opinion. But if this is true for some other ladies who run against it, do I strongly doubt it? Unless she's wearing it herself, maybe that's the reason!

Evil is who thinks evil!

The Alpha Wolf
Like a diva she walks down the stairs,
in her red dress It exudes a balsamic fragrance,
no, no scent,
an aura...
awesome,
engaging,
erotic.
She's used to scintillating.
The crowd is silent,
turns to her.
The eyes of women become narrow slits,
the men are speechless Her galbanum green cat eyes sparkle into the crowd.

In a pack of wolves, she would be the alpha wolf.
The one that the pack leader
would also let us interfere.
She radiates a natural authority Their balsamic, slightly vanilla smell
is irresistible.

People lay flowers at her feet,
dark red roses mainly,
some jasmine,
set in vertiver grass.

This scent cannot be described in detail.
He's, like I said, an aura,
to take over an entire room full of people I wear this fragrance when I'm alone,
that much publicity would make me uncomfortable.

Indispensable
Les Must de Cartier, the essential things you simply must have! Must have? I don't think so. That's why it's not necessary to have tasted that fragrance. Not even should. It's just that it would be nice.

For me Must is the better Opium, less ponderous, more spirited, a little green because of the fresh top note, a green Oriental :) Since the colour green is very much appreciated in the Orient and especially in the Muslim world, this fits well.

Spices and fruits do not push themselves into the foreground, and the scent is also completely unsweet. For me Must smells predominantly of tobacco (tobacco leaves were also sometimes green). On the one hand, the scent smells expensive, but not snobbish, exclusive and wicked, oriental, but also radiates a certain coolness. The tobacco note I perceived doesn't seem cosy, a green mamba hisses in the background (tobacco would be poisonous...), so the circle closes again. :) A fragrance with contradictions. H/S top (vintage version).

I was so infatuated with this fragrance for years that I wore it on all suitable and unsuitable occasions, for example during driving lessons. The driving instructor, a friendly elderly gentleman, silently endured this scent tsunami. But when we were almost run over by the tram, he lost his shape for a short time, he started to curse, the driver of the tram also waved his arms (fortunately I couldn't hear his curses) and I was glowing up to my ears. A fresh and citric scent would have been much better for my concentration

Noble, feminine eye-catching attraction
The first thing you can notice is an intense, ethereal, resinous, grass-like note, which also has a spicy touch and is due to the galbanum.

The galbanum is accompanied by a fine tart and flowery shade, which is responsible for the fact that the smell appears pleasantly fresh and comes from the Neroli.

In the background there is a delicate, but nevertheless palpable sweetish - fruity nuance perceptible, which gives the top note something soft and I rather like peach, because a mandarin smells a little different for my nose and I have the suspicion, that the fragrance pyramid is not complete, because the peach is supported by a very light citric - herbaceous touch, which ensures that the peach does not appear sweet - sticky and I think that the bergamot was used for this.

It should be noted that the fragrance should never be allowed to reach textiles, since even on the skin "orange peel skin" takes on a completely different meaning and also takes a good hour to become transparent.

This constellation is visible on my skin for 25 minutes before the heart note unfolds.

Now a beautiful opulent floral note can be perceived, which is enveloped by a bright floral and also airy note and gives the fragrance a noble femininity and stems from the Bulgarian rose and jasmine.

These two notes are accompanied by another beautiful floral, fine sweetish, slightly viscous, heavy creamy note, which is responsible for the fact that the fragrance gets a pleasant melting conspicuousness and is due to the narcissus and the ylang - ylang.

In the background there is a fine aromatic, quite discreetly peppery - spicy nuance of the clove, which carries a tender, after smooth black leather smelling breath with itself and receives from the iris a minimal powdery twist and lends a wonderful attraction to the smell.

The heart note is noticeable on my skin for 5 hours before the base asserts itself.

A balsamic note of ambergris and the sweet - creamy note of bourbon - vanilla merge to a perfect whole, which is supported by a fine spicy nuance of sandalwood and provides a pleasant cuddly substance.

These 3 notes are enveloped by a fine sweetish - astringent and very subtle almondy-powdery note and come from the vetiver and tonka bean.

In the background, an inviting and cordial nuance lets the fragrance fade out wonderfully, which I hardly ever encounter in fragrances, but which immediately reminds me of Dana's taboo and I can imagine very well that a little bit of civet (I hope it is synthetic) is involved here
In total the fragrance lasts 9 hours on my skin.

In the first 1.5 hours, the Sillage is designed in such a way that one is perceived very clearly at the 2 meters and then swings 3.5 hours to a very clearly perceptible whole arm length before it minimizes itself in quiet steps until the scent finally completely fades away
I would like to express my sincere thanks to our perfume "reni379" for the sample.

Perfection - the vintage version
I love this fragrance, but I had lost it over the years. It was in my memory, but like something that you think is tied to a time, like here in the 80s. Until you suddenly discover that he's been forever. Because this fragrance (vintage version, mind you) means perfection. The end of longing...
If the EdT (the half vintage) still touches paradise rather suspiciously, the perfume gently anoints your head and lets you enter: the paradise of the senses. Although I'm not sure how many more senses it hits that we don't know.
It is an abundance, an overflow of olfactory pleasures - just the end of my longing...
that's it!

Denser, full body-er blend than the EdT, still as enjoyable as this last one.

Just perfect, no drawbacks. It only collected the most beautiful memories of the 80s.
