Lovely but a bit overhyped
Love Tuberose but with Ylang instead of the Tuberose/white florals!
There's a bit of citrus in the top notes that give it a fresh effervescence, quickly followed by a skin-salty, ever-so-slightly-sour ylang custard cream. (There's absolutely no camphor, which I love in my ylangs but its absence doesn't hurt this at all) It only lasts about 4 hours on my skin, but much longer on clothes/hair.
I was a little concerned it would be too sweet, but it's well balanced and I love it. The sweetness is measured and (the entire cream/sandalwood/cedar base really) very comparable to Love.
I'm not sure that it would be a safe blind buy for someone who isn't a ylang fan; but if you love the "custard pudding" style ylangs honestly I say just get it.
I will add though that I think it’s a little overhyped for what it is, possibly because it can be difficult to find in the US
