Spicy warmth for chilly days
The name here is misleading - it's not gourmand like a real cookie or apple pie. No apple notes detected, as some claim. Also many compared it to Replica - By the Fireplace , which isn't close in my mind (that one is so smokey, I couldn't stand it).
This is soft vanilla gourmand + ambery-musk + cedar chest + "forest". I saw someone say it was like tossing baked goods into a pile of leaves and that is absolutely spot-on - but they're freshly-fallen autumn leaves that are still wet from a cold rain, and there's a fire inside a cedar cabin nearby that you're about to go enjoy.
This definitely is more masculine-leaning, but it's still slightly sweet - like a sexy patchouli bomb, with some spicy warmth. I'm a "gourmand girl" but would 100% wear this on a cold, rainy autumn day with a chunky sweater, or out to a hay maze.
