Fine, fine, the finest white amber
Huih a powdery soft bright embracing cloud welcomes me. Very delicate and fine perfume with the highest quality ingredients. This is a gentle amber not as dusty and dry as many other fragrances. I also find the jasmine here very bright - like a freshly bound bridal bouquet in the morning in spring. The flower heads just open their leaves to greet the day and let a whole delicate trace of scent flow out. Everything is perfectly underlaid with a very good sandalwood, but also here it is more the breathed scented kiss than the stormy embrace. A very reserved, elegant and finest English perfume lady like. I only notice fruity notes for a short time, if at all, in the first 15 minutes - after that it's just a hunch anymore. Less is more, and yet with this noble fragrance you remain in special memory. It develops after approx. 1 hour to the most excellent - female, bright with a quiet radiating wreath. Price for this fine spirit is about 330 Euro, already a very high price segment, something for lovers . A gentle embrace ....

Bridal bouquet
"White Amber" by Creed is an almost virgin light white jasmine perfume. Not clean, in. Unfortunately, I'm still standing on the brink of war with the jasmine, even if it's as exquisite as it is here.

Flowery, bloomy, flowery. It can be annoying, it can beguile. It can hardly be simpler, nor clearer in its vision and implementation. But at least it looks enormously high quality and has the typical Creed DNA. The women's bestsellers of the company ("Love In White" + "Love in Black") will never be outranked, but the price alone is too outrageously high, but on its own, detached from the money and the competition (and my personal aversion to jasmine), the fragrance can delight. Great sandalwood makes it even creamier. For every wedding on the beach the hit. But mostly also quite boring and characterless. You have to admit that. If you smell it very deeply, you might catch a minimal animal, sweaty side through the benzoin (and the other side of jasmine). But this can also be imagination or anticipation of the (wedding) night after the party...

Flacon: Creed is always thick - but it works. And that's royalty.
Sillage: less than discreet. Steals no bride the show.
Durability: not super long, but there are still much shorter lasting creeds... 6-7 hours max. Then it's spray.

Conclusion: "White Amber" is more of a "Black Jasmine"?! But what does the name of a perfume nowadays say about the fragrance? Very clean, very delicate, very flowery. Soft and cuddly. Personally, the jasmine only annoys me really fast. Like so many times. And it's good!

Less Than Notable
It's a mildly pleasant fragrance, Amber and Sandalwood somewhat prominent, a suggestion of Jasmine, but it's really nothing to write home about. It vaguely reminds me of the far more captivating Bogue's MEM, but this is something the woman who wears MEM would give away to her maid. Well, perhaps that's too harsh. In fairness, this does sit on the skin like a kid glove--soft, elegant, but not in style anymore, really.
