Doesn't hold :(
I adore the opening of this fragrance. It leaves a soft, comfortable impression - a bit sweet, a tad powdery & mostly musk. It seems vanillic although vanilla is not a listed note. It's a delicate skin scent, and the name 'Winter White' seems apt, although it could be wore almost any day of the year but for the hottest.
Unfortunately, this fragrance just doesn't hold on me. It quickly morphs into a light, barely-there skin scent, and it requires nuzzling to be sensed. For that reason, it's most appropriate as a bedtime fragrance - which is why I am disappointed in this scent. I had hoped for a bit more presence and persistence, fully knowing Winter White is a skin-scent. I had hoped I could wear WW during the day when I am in close quarters with others.
If it was not for this, I would otherwise like-like the scent - solid 80% score from me. As it is, I think my current rating is a bit generous.
