Lovely Encore
Having wowed us last year with lily in White Peacock Lily, David Seth Moltz decided on a repeat performance in Durga with a bevy of white florals. It's the quality result that's similar, not the scents themselves. What there was Ambrette seed here is musk; there grapefruit, here melon; there alluring uniqueness, here the smoothest indoles on this earth. You have to get close to appreciate Durga at first. It doesn't shout. Muskily it purrs among the flowers barely noticed then, Ohmigod, there it is. Wondering if there's a way to make this come out of my shower. Mmmmm.
