A staple in my collection.
British Sterling!
I’ve worn it since I was a kid in the 2010’s. On my birthday, and Christmas of every year or so, I was gifted a bottle of cologne. Sometimes it was English Leather or Old Spice, sometimes it was Drakkar Noir, but usually it was a splash bottle of British Sterling.
All nostalgia aside, this pretty green juice is just plain wonderful in my opinion. It’s nice and bracing, and the scent is quite stout. It tugs on your nose hairs a little bit, sort of like Pinaud Clubman or Aqua Velva.
There’s a good reason why it’s been in constant production since the mid-1960’s. Like many other of it’s era, it has that iconic and unique DNA that just simply cannot be found in today’s fragrances.
