I think it's really beautiful and way undervalued!
With the "d" from Dunhill, I once again had a miniature "run over my liver", which to my astonishment really has it all and smells really nice and great. At around 8 to 9 hours, the longevity is significantly better than rated here on Parfumo. Only the sillage, yes, that's not the best
The top note starts fresh, fruity and aquatic with mandarins, lemons and a spicy peppery note. I can barely make out the flowers in the heart note, but there are woody, balsamic and sweetish hints of sandalwood and cedar. In the base, a beautiful, sweet, vanilla-like and slightly creamy aroma of tonka beans and amber emerges. Over time, clove and a little nutmeg also resonate.
I have to say that I am totally surprised at how good I think it is. It's a shame that the fragrance has been discontinued and luckily for me, the longevity of my miniature (at least close to the skin) is really good.
