Elegantes Heart is very similar to Amber Aquilaria.
Scentwise, I would say about 80% percent identical. When I first sprayed Heart, I said to myself, this smells VERY familiar. I was racking my brain to figure it out. I went through my collection to pinpoint which fragrance it was….BOOM! My olfactory memory kicked in.
The main difference is Heart does not contain the medicinal oud of Amber Aquilaria. In my opinion, the oud smells like brand new band-aids which ruined the scent profile. Other than that, the dna is pretty much the same.
BTW, Heart and Amber Aquilaria are both created by Julien Rasquinet.
Overall, Heart is a very good scent but just know it is nothing new.
