Sole, Fiore, Gelato e Amore!
Summer Italy can be reduced to these four words by average tourists.
If one takes still "La bella Bionda" or "La bellissima Signora bionda" in addition, then we must pay at the Phrase Pig, otherwise it does not go!

And yet "Ikesia" seems to unite all these phrases: in a summer fragrance that carries the southern sun and joie de vivre.
Once again "räuberte" in the "to go" folder of a particularly dear Parfumista and was also found: "Ikesia" - never heard of it before - aroused by the fragrance notes listed in the pyramid my desire.

My Italian summer does not consist of naked burnt skin on some beach or even campsite; it can be found wherever people enjoy life, summer, and also culture!
There, where a soft singing moves through old, not very sales-friendly alley; the flower pots in front of the low-lying windows overflow with blossoms and the "old women" (are they really often as old as we think?) sit in front of the front door knitting or chatting with the cat.
My summer is found in squares where the tables with the light chairs and colorful cushions are in front of bars and gelaterias; where in the afternoon, so after 17:00, the vacationers and residents dress up to be seen in the daily "giro".
Here meet at once swinging skirts to airy tops, colorful summer dresses; ballerinas, classic pumps and sandals consisting only of ribbons, sole and heel to torture themselves somewhat over the medieval cobblestones; the "good jewelry" and the colorful, fun costume jewelry are carried out.

Enchanting, almost virginal early summer flowers like the earthy lily of the valley, the waxy magnolia blossom and the heavy, now fully grown aroma of the peony shine around the bet!
This summer is not yet dusty and tired of the heat and exhausted: it is still looking forward to everything that is coming! And that can be anything!
This fits the punctual spraying, reminiscent of small fireflies, with which always adorable ylang-ylang celebrates its appearance!
How lively and luminous and yet so innocent is the scent so far!
The resinous, slightly scratchy spice of benzoin harmoniously provides a little bit of earthiness: otherwise this floral summer scent would fly away: "Volare! Oho!"
White musk, often also perceived by me as very unpleasant, domineering and even annoying, but here is the welcome icing on the cake!
He crowns this floral fragrance cleverly dosed: only the Maraschino cherry is missing to satisfy the kitschy vacation photo!
