Yearning for spring
For all those who think like me:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umw-8J-O14o

As I have already mentioned several times, I find temperatures below 5° as an unreasonable demand. And when the temperature drops below zero, I feel the need to report Peter for assault and battery. I really need this then, that I can spend my days off at home, and I can enjoy a fragrance that I usually only wear in summer. The unfortunately discontinued White Linen Pink Coral is a good choice.

What I like about Estee Lauder fragrances is that they always have a - at least subtle - vintage vibe about them. They are always adult and elegant fragrances, even the new releases. One of the few brands that doesn't launch a squeaky sugar water to climb the Douglas Top 10.

What I particularly like here is that the fragrance is actually very young and fresh, but at the same time it is also dignified and not squeaky at all. The top note is peppery and berry, but the slightly soapy typical smell of aldehydes does not make it one of these typical fruit waters.

Although the scent pyramid in the heart note suggests a lush bouquet of flowers, I smell mainly peony here. This fragrance is usually a little difficult for me. I find him mostly as distant and a bit bourgeois. Reminds me of a strict governess. but the berry notes are a nice contrast here. This makes the fragrance appear beautifully léger, but not too much.

In the base it becomes really soft through heliotrope and vanilla and slightly woody. But still never sweet (I have never sniffed such an unsweet heliotrope). The aldehyde note hovers over the fine web of fragrance throughout the entire process, giving it a fine and clean elegance. My association would be an elegant garden party in summer. Something like that : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nR2r__ZgO5g

Unfortunately, durability and sillage are really underground here. If it's not really warm, you don't have to go outside with White Linen Pink Coral. Even in summer, he only lasts a few hours. Not even if you spray me very generously. I really overdid it today (13 sprayers 4 hours ago.) When I sit here in front of the PC, I can still clearly perceive the smell, but outside 2 hours ago there was already nothing to notice.

I recommend the fragrance to all ladies who like light but not too sweet summer scents. You can still find him on eBay. Unfortunately, you only have to search a little in the meantime to find a good offer. but it is really worth it.

Subtle clean floral with a hint of beachy-ness
This fragrance seems to be either a love it or hate it scent.

I personally like it, which is strange because I'm rarely a fan of Estee Lauder scents. Pink Coral is refreshing and delicate. A soapy floral to say the least.

I'm often bothered by Estee Lauder scents being too strong and too synthetic, but Pink Coral is quite light and although not completely natural smelling, it is bearable.

This is a relatively linear fragrance, I didn't notice much of a change between the opening and the drydown. I find it to be a nice and rather pleasant blend of subdued flowers and a hint of watery freshness. The beachy and Summery aspect conveyed in the advertisement is very true to the fragrance itself.

Not a particularly mind-blowing scent, but pretty none-the-less.
