Gentle Vetiver
Peace of My Heart is the classic vetiver fragrance of the collection. It starts with a very beautiful, fresh, realistic citrus note, as some might recognize from Tom Ford's Mandarino di Amalfi. After just a few minutes, the vetiver adds in and gives the fragrance its tangy, green, spicy direction. Close to the skin, the fruity spiciness of ginger is actually noticeable, giving the fragrance even more freshness.
As a very nice twist I felt the light resinity, which lingers here and there and of course plays its role in the direction of the drydown, where it fits very well to the well-known chords of the base.
For me, the fragrance is a little brother of Boadiceas Lavish. It is more discreet and therefore perhaps more universal to wear. Sillage and durability are, as with all EC fragrances, at 7 to 8 points, which also certifies their suitability for the office and every day use.
From my point of view so far the best fragrance in the collection, which I may add to my collection.
