like a silent chamber
The door is quietly closed and the small room greets me lovingly:
The lights are dimmed; the walls covered with tiles that pleasantly conduct heat, in a soothing shade of green, with little specks of light dancing on their surfaces.
A moulded area, large enough to lie on, invites you to do so, and all is filled and enveloped by soft, warm steam.
All breathes silence; the only sound to be heard is the faint soft murmur of the steam:
Flattering steam infused with wonderful aromas caressing her senses.
15 minutes lasts this escape from everyday life; the stay in one of these magical steam caves, which are offered as so relaxing.

The return to the now is made easier by a large, soft pre-warmed towel in which I am wrapped; along with a comfortable seat in the relaxation room and a glass of pleasantly tempered spring water!
