Jasmine being my favorite floral, bergamot my favorite citrus and oakmoss my favorite, um...lichen, I suspected this new offering from Fragonard might be my kind of fragrance. Sure enough, it is. The first thing I smell is the just intoxicating Bitter orange, its crispness enhanced by grapefruit and bergamot. Soon a beautiful Jasmine takes center stage, perhaps the Sambac since it doesn't reek of the Grandiflora's indoles. Cypress and Cedar lend an almost creamy woody support. Not sure I smell much Oakmoss. Though all-too-soon the distinct aspects are less recognizable, having blended into an agreeable but faint Jasminy cloud, you might want this, if only to experience the stunning top notes now and again.
