A Celtic cross made from cards
In obscure drops of light from warm resin you lay a Celtic cross. Look at black honey coming out of the darkness. Dots of brown cinnamon glow there. You feel a fruit that lives far away in it. Soon you have adjusted your eyes to the dark. Then you see the Boswellian balsam dancing like tiny grains in the dim light, spicy red and sweet brown pearls wafting through the chamber like warm dust on threads of saffron smoke and cardamom. Through the yellowed cards, you can see the tabletop, the drops of resin light reflected in it and the musty, swollen, vaporous spots that gradually disintegrate into damp earth. This is where the path of all questioners leads.

Oleg Grabchuk, the creative mind behind G Parfums, lives and works in Kiev. "Incense in an unusual sound. In this fragrance, I combined 5 types of incense, balsams and my favorite heard [resin] to get a warm, mysterious and non-trivial Tarot." he describes "Tarot" himself.
This incense fragrance is indeed multi-layered and transparent in a special way, as well as profound and dark at the same time. It lives from the contrasts of balsamic sweetness and the tart, woody, spicy earthiness of its resins, woods, spices and plants. While the dark, slightly fruity honey aromas of labdanum and the cinnamony notes of Peru balsam come to the fore at the beginning, it is increasingly the incense resins of the boswellia tree that dominate the fragrance, with the sweet-balsamic notes of the African varieties being supported by labdanum and the woody-spicy facets of the Indian species by saffron and cardamom. Moist, earthy, bitter patchouli notes and a dark, aromatic cedar pull the impression increasingly towards the bitter side.
This "tarot" is a "tarot" in the very original sense, a "trump card" in terms of incense fragrance that remains perceptible for several hours, from moderate to close to the skin.
