A "don't need to have" scent
"Instambul" was one of the three candidates from the house of Gallivant (the other two were "Brooklyn" and "Amsterdam") whom I thought about (I had rehearsals from all of them) if I don't want them in my collection. In the end, none of the fragrances did. Apart from the other objections, they all have a pronounced weak durability and a very weak, body-near Sillage.
Now to the "Insambul" - for me it is a dry-dusty, somewhat resinous-amberous spice bomb á la "Lillipur" by Tiziana Terenzi (but it has a great shelf life and sillage!). and... Unfortunately, this fragrance develops over time a very unpleasant, bitter-stinky note on my skin that I cannot bear. Therefore he was rejected by me as a purchase candidate finally and for all times
P.S. "Lillipur" is not one of my Libelings either, because I also find some unpleasant echoes in it, but I find "Cardinal Rouge" by Herve Gambs very pleasant, which reminds me of "Lillipur" strongly, but nevertheless fills me much more pleasantly .
