NOT An analogue hero in a digital world
A black hoodie has something relaxed for me. Man(s) are here and now. No cladding or conformity required. It's the relax zone. Relax on the terrace or have a drink with friends. Go running. Chillin'. Free time.

That's what this style of dress stands for. If you just assume that and keep the whole project style of the 4 fragrances of Gammon in mind, I was already hoping that a fragrance would come out that is somehow "with itself". Something actually relaxed exudes.

4 starts directly with a rather transparent round of citrus and fruit, but at no time does it strive for naturalness. For me it would be exactly the connotation I would have expected from a hoodie scent.
There are therefore no parallels here with actual natural citrus scents, such as Une Mandarine pour Mon Homme, to be sought or found.

Quite quickly, wood with a rather dusty appearance comes to the fore. The juniper berries indicated may prolong the citric impression here. Nothing new or conspicuous is coming here either. Everything seems to have been taken from the construction kit of successful fragrances, remixed and then crisply packaged by marketing.

Towards the base, the synthi wood (ISO?) then becomes somewhat rounder and takes over completely. Again: no surprise or even recognition or something like DNA.

"An analogue hero in a digital world", Hank Moody described it very aptly in Californication. (In this case himself.)

While the special niche fragrances (Heros) today actually strive for naturalness and individuality, the rest of the market is often just a digital copy of an old, better idea / time. This one is also very niche in terms of price and marketing, but in my opinion cannot live up to the claim.

Conclusion: I am definitely not a target group. This may be younger.
