Nice scent for warm days
The opening with bergamot and petigrain could be described as strong, but by no means as unpleasant. I do not notice any currants, only a slightly fruity note without acidity.

Gradually orange blossom joins in, but hardly lily of the valley, at least not with me. The Petigrain from the top note has withdrawn a little, but flashes through again and again in the background. For me, this is not a negative effect at all, because it gives the fragrance freshness and makes it absolutely suitable for summer.

Finally, woody echoes and a little light musk appear, the orange blossom retreats bit by bit, only the petigrain remains until the end, even if only in the background.

The shelf life is about 6 to 7 hours and is therefore quite decent for a light summer scent. That's all Miami Blues is, but that's all it is. It is a pretty, light scent for warm days and the narrow purse. You can wear it at work and in your free time and even a sprayer too much is anything but the end of the world.

At the top, here on the perfume page it says that Miami Blue is "flowery-chypre-like", but I can't sign that at all, because with a chypre this fragrance has absolutely nothing, but also nothing to do with anything.

Miami Blues is really not a masterpiece of perfumery, but a simple, nice scent for warm spring and summer days and by nice I don't mean the little sister of ... well, you know.

Only for lily of the valley fans!
Looking for a summery all-rounder I came across GG&L's "Miami Blues".
Sporty, light blue content of a beautiful bottle - sprayed on - fits.

Fresh fruity citrus currant start
Very present lily of the valley
Woody undertone

- so I integrate in short, concise words this fragrance.

Plus points for the freshness and the groomed skin feeling, as well as the stylish bottle.

Shelf life rather average, Sillage mediocre - one may apply gladly times more generously.
Uncomplicated drydown, no musty floweriness.

Season? Summer!
Occasion? Work, leisure!
Age group? across the board!
