Fresh agreeable blend, not making much of an impression
Sampling Guy Fox Marra, a fresh, zesty blend with main notes of bergamot, pepper, and rosemary, with additional support from rosewood, juniper, and grapefruit. It’s fittingly citric, bright, a bit spicy, and woody, and altogether quite agreeable while not standing out in a substantially great (or bad) way. I prefer it to Jefe but JP is better, of three total from the line I’ve tried so far. It performs decently well and would make a reasonable companion for most situations.
As with the rest of the line, Marra is EDP concentration and priced at $68 for 50ml, very reasonable by most standards, sold via both the house site and boutiques like Ministry of Scent.
