I'm beginning to understand you
As obviously the only owner of this past treasure, I would like to lose a few sentences about him of course. The complete care series was also available at that time, this fragrance was also modern at that time, so Braukmann has always remained true to himself! At that time, unfortunately the year of publication is unknown, but I guess it to be the mid 70's to early 80's, Braukmann EdT easily lined up between Paco Rabanne, Azzaro , Etienne Aigner etc. on the shelf.

To the smell: At the beginning very bulky, brutally Aldehydig, thus a piece of Kernseife not completely unlike. It takes a while until the ingredients are sorted, but what follows is the real firecracker. I clearly still smell soap, now something ethereal is added, probably still aldehydes, rosemary? Tarragon? A little later I hear a well-integrated scoop of cinnamon that combines with musk, patchouli and oakmoss to create a holistic vintage dream. Borrowings from good old Paco can't be denied here, probably because he was already one of the best of his class at that time and others saw him as a role model...
In the base, the Braukmann has a kind of plastic note with which I don't quite come to terms yet, this one smells very bitter, I guess there on something resinous like Myhrre or Opoponax, in any case this note determines the base. At first I only smelled plastic here, therefore also the heading. You won't find sweetness here, the scent is even drier than Bogart, although a little more reserved.
The shelf life could be better, after about 4-5h the dream is over. The Sillage, well, this is as always subjective because all people have a different sense of smell. But I can well imagine that together with the AS one already pulled a beautiful fragrance tail behind oneself at that time.
Possible applications: In a suit to go out with. That's all I can think of. And yes you should bring a certain age to wear it, it is definitely one of the rougher varieties :-)
